Who are we?

Simulated enterprise Medwork Center Ltd. is specialized on providing occupational health services, and it’s recognized and registered at the Trade Register with no. J29/69/09.11.2012, with the unic register code RO1210003878.

SE Medwork Center Ltd. was founded in POSDRU/90/2.1/S/58123 project,named “From theory to practice through simulated enterprise”.

Health medicine is a branch of medicine that ensures the prevention, diagnostic and treatment of professional diseases , work related diseases and work related accidents , as well the promotion of wellbeing and productivity of the emp.loyees

How did we get here?

In may 2012 we were recruited. We’ve sent our CVs and the cover letters and completed the necessary papers for project integration. We chose our coordinator professor and were called in for an interview.

The company was formed as a result of 3 actions:

Collaboration with a real partner: company Romar Diagnostic Center Ploiesti

Identification of a market segment that is uncovered by simulated enterprise market: work related medical services.

Participation to the entrepreneurship course organized within the project and by this we have acquired the knowledge regarding how to start a business.

When we are meeting… what are we doing?A day per week for 4 hours in this project , the employees of SE are holding their activity according to the correspongin methodology , with a liability and professional spirit.

We have establish the company by setting up the right documentation

We have created a company image : stamp, logo, slogan, website, Facebook page

We have created the organizational structure of the SE

We have made process procedures and specific templates for a better resources management of the SE

We have made a market boarding strategy : business plan, strategic plan , operational plan.

Our vision : We will be pioneers and creators of standards to be appreciated and recognized by patients and partners to bring medicine very close to the people that we want to help with quality medical services through right and friendly attitude.

 Our mission : We will provide efficient services adapted to the specific customer needs.: simulated enterprises and exercises companies in ROCT România.

Our strategy :To develop a fair and profitable business. To develop the SE as the learning center To offer personal and professional training of the staff involved in this SE.

Objectives :

Establish a minimum number of 25 unique partnership in the first year of operation;

Establishing a minimum of 5 full acquisition process within one year;

Achieving a turnover of at least 61,000 lei;

Ensure optimum level of knowledge and practical skills in entrepreneurship;

Promote our services nationally and internationally.

Checking the opportunity and need for sick leaves;Set Free standard laboratory tests per year, consisting of: ESR, serum glucose, urine test summary, SGOT, SGPT (transaminases);Unlimited access to ECG testing;Unlimited access to spirometry test. Price: 50 lei/month/employee 

SILVER

Subscriber benefits from employment medical examination and periodical medical examination of occupational medicine in accordance with the profile of activity and legal norms;

Unlimited access to consultations carried out by general practitioners (GP);

Unlimited access to specialist consultations conducted by the indication GP;

Set free standard laboratory tests per year, consisting of: complete blood count, ESR, serum total cholesterol, serum creatinine, serum calcium, serum triglycerides, serum glucose, blood urea nitrogen, SGOT, SGPT (transaminases);

Two 3D Ultrasound per year; Flu vaccination (vaccine cost excluded);10% discount on other

medical services; Unlimited access to ECG testing; Unlimited access to spirometry test; Free cytology Babes-Papanicolau once / year (for female

employees); Determination of free prostate specific antigen (PSA) once / year

(for male employees); 2 free consultations obstetrics gynecology (for employed women)

with direct access to specialist; 2 free urology consultation (for male employees) with direct

indication GP Unlimited access to ECG testing; Free cytology Babes-Papanicolau once / year (for female employees); Determination of free prostate specific antigen (PSA) once / year (for

male employees); 2 free consultations obstetrics gynecology (for employed women) with

direct access to specialist; 2 free urology consultation (for male employees) with direct access to

specialist; Unlimited access to spirometry test; Free access to specific laboratory analysis of hematology,

biochemistry, microbiology and immunology on the recommendations of doctors;

4 Free 3D/4D ultrasounds per year, or per trimester for pregnants; Flu vaccination (including vaccine cost); 20% discount on other services and medical tests; 10% discount for computed tomography examination.
