Welcome to our Science and Technology FairIt’s great to see you at our Science and Technology Fair. As scientists and technologists, your skills are in high demand and we are excited to announce that more than 50 employers will be making their way to University Park to meet you.

Here are some key points to help you make the most of the fair:

• Watch out for the blue mortar board symbol in this guide – on these stands you will be able to chat to Nottingham graduates who are happy to be back on campus and are keen to meet you, whatever subject you are studying.

Job Hunting WorkshopsWe’re running a programme of 30-minute employer workshops during the day to help you navigate all stages of the recruitment process. You can also come to see our team at any point to talk to us and pick up careers resources.

1pm CVs with Rolls-RoyceSyndicate Room 1Creating a CV can often be the first step when it comes to applying for opportunities. This session will provide hints and tips to help you craft a successful CV and provide an opportunity to ask Rolls-Royce what helps make a stand-out candidate.

3.30pm Interviews with Blenheim ChalcotSyndicate Room 2Blenheim Chalcot, a venture builder for digital technology start-ups, will explain what to expect from their interview process and how to approach it. They will also provide insight into what employers look for in the responses from candidates during interviews.
