“Animalectores” (Animal-readers), “Para la lectora y el lector, un poquito de humor” (encouragement and a little humour for readers), bookmarks

made (and shaped) by the children, weekly

posters of library events, bulletin from covers “BIBLIOTELANDIA”

(“Librariland” 60 issues published)

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY EXAMPLE: THE MOON HAS GOT A SECRET (I).

• Selection of books. Preparation of three travelling

suitcases. Elaboration of a booklet with a compilation of poems about the moon for all

the classes.

• Project proposals for classwork, after reading these

books: artistic, literary or mixed. Exhibition of the

children’s works (from pre-primary 3 years through to 6th. Primary level). Exhibition of all

the suitcases books.

THE MOON HAS GOT A SECRET(II)

• Adornment of the library by a group of mothers.

• Story telling performance prepared and carried out by

another group of mothers for all the school pupils.

• Elaboration and giving out of complementary material; in this

case a double bookmark which is also a mini guide on books about

the moon.

• Divulge all the work in different media including the

corresponding issue of “Librariland” (The periodical

Library Bulletin).
