1.25 Million dollars of inflows/outflows,

were processed through that school’s bank account

Asked School office staff to track # of interruptions in the Main Office

Interruptions were from: Parents, Teachers, Students, Administration

Tick Sheets were submitted & tallied at the week’s end

Total Interruptions per day/per person = 156

Counting Cash was only ONE component of the

Overall responsibility

The Cash Counting Process (from start to finish with

interruptions) on average took between 2 – 3 hours

each time.
