“X-Men: First Class” follows the classic Marvel mythology, charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga. Before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Before they were archenemies, they were closest of friends, working together, with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop the greatest threat the world has ever known. In the process, a rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.Out now. Showcase Cinema, Bluewater

SCENE MEETS

How are you, Shaun?Knackered! I’ve just played a football match for Otford United FC and I haven’t played for ages. It was great though, I scored a left-footed volley and we drew 1-1, I’ll be living off that for a while!

Impressive stuff – was it a charity match? It was more a match to raise the profile of the club in the community. We’re trying to increase the number of teams within the club and games like this against the Kent Police help to attract more people. But I am doing the BUPA London 10k for the Alzheimer’s Society on the 30th May.

So, what are you working on at the moment?I’ve got a series coming out in June on BBC One called Sugar Town, a feel good comedy drama with Sue Johnston who is amazing. I’ve just finished the film version of The Woman in Black with Daniel Radcliffe and I’m about to record the voiceover for a documentary filmed by British troops on the front line in Afghanistan. I’m also trying to get two features made at the moment which I’ve written.

You’re a busy man then. And a photographer too according to your Twitter profile?I am, yes. I take my camera with me on acting jobs and it’s great because you get to take a lot

of period shots that you wouldn’t normally get, I just need to figure out what to do with them. Brilliantly as well I got to do all the artwork for an album of the band Aqualung, and a mention on the album which was very cool.

Is it true you only became an actor so you could afford a season ticket at Barnsley FC?Haha not quite! I’d always wanted one but could never afford it. A few years ago when I landed a semi-regular role in Coronation Street my first thought was I could now buy one but it was just as we were relegated from the Premiership. I’ve stuck

with them though and I take my two eldest children to every home game when we can make it.

So did you always want to be an actor? No, I was desperate to be a vet and then a marine biologist. I decided I wanted to work with animals that could kill you not just cats and dogs. But, I failed all my GCSEs and a youth theatre company suggested I become an actor. It was at a time when all the pits were closing

and jobs were scare in my area so on advice from my dad I decided to go for it.

What have been your favourite roles over the years?I loved the character I played in a film called The Mark of Cain, he was a really tough corporal in the British army. And nearly ten years ago now I was in a film called Shackleton where we went to the North Pole to film. It got quite scary because the icebergs started breaking up but an amazing experience and I met people who are still great friends of mine.

What’s your proudest moment? In my personal life it’s the birth of my children, nothing beats that. But career wise I’d have to say winning the RTS Northwest Award for best actor for The Mark of Cain; that was a very proud moment.

And most importantly, what have you ordered to eat today?I’ve gone for the ribs to start, the Kahuna Burger for the main and a chocolate milkshake. I think I’ve run around enough this morning to justify it!

SUMMER

AT THEDAZEGladesAS FASHION SHOWS GO, SUMMER DAZE AT GLADES SHOPPING CENTRE IN BROMLEY WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. IN ATTENDANCE FOR THE OPENING SHOW ON DAY ONE OF THE FOUR-DAY EVENT, SCENE MAGAZINE HAD A FRONT ROW SEAT FOR WHAT PROVED TO BE A TRULY ENTERTAINING EXPERIENCE.

Inspired by high fashion for the warmer months, Summer Daze showcased the latest collections from a huge number of in-centre stores, both high street and more upmarket brands, providing an ideal opportunity for Glades shoppers to keep

up-to-date with this season’s must haves.

Marketing manager for the Glades, Maria Cooper, was delighted with the delivery of this year’s shows.

“The array of block colours and floral fashions for this season’s trends looked fantastic on stage,” she says, “We hold the shows twice a year in May and October so Glades customers are always aware of the current trends and how to wear them.”

Leading the way in the summery fashion stakes were high-street giants River Island and H&M, both of which paraded their stylish new assortments from the shelves of men’s and women’s wear, inspiring trendy contemporary outfit ideas for the droves of Friday shoppers huddled round the main stage.

While clothing was, as expected, the main focus for the event there was plenty of opportunity for other stores to show off their product lines. Accessory brands such as Tie Rack and Accessorize, Beaverbrooks the jewellers and Jones the Bootmaker all had their

moment under the spotlight as spectators were treated to a lesson in dressing to impress from an ensemble of well-choreographed models.

Perhaps the most memorable appearance, however, and most definitely a crowd pleaser, came from the younger members of the modelling cast. Dressed in the youthful trends of Pumpkin Patch, the youngsters delivered a dance routine to near perfection, all the while clinging onto a cute creation from the Build-a-Bear factory.

With each show watched by a capacity seated audience as well as intrigued passers-by on the overlooking balconies, it is clear the Glades visitors were welcome of an excuse to interrupt the monotony of an otherwise regular shopping experience.

“Customers come from far and wide to see the fashion shows as their popularity has grown over the past few years,” explains Maria. “Particularly as past editions of the event were the launch pad for the dance troupe Diversity, winners of Britain’s Got Talent.”

It is understandable why the shows draw such crowds. Continuing a theme from previous years it would seem, each show boasted interludes of modern street dance performances, a lone acrobatic act and an immensely talented saxophonist. Supported all the while by a feel-good and energetic soundtrack, Summer Daze was an event to be enjoyed by all and not just those concerned with ‘what’s hot and what’s not’.

Staggered throughout the day at four different intervals, each show demonstrated the tremendous amount of effort that went into organizing the production of this exhibition. Recognition must go not only to the staff at the Glades but also to the choreographers and models who must have rehearsed tirelessly to deliver each of their performances to perfection.

A marvellous advert for the services of the Glades shopping centre, Summer Daze was a resounding success which will be hoped to be emulated for the winter edition of the bi-annual fashion show this coming October.

Wellbeing

A great deal of research has shown that manual therapy combined with exercise is a very effective way of keeping musculoskeletal conditions at bay. In my Osteopathic practice I often discuss with my patients the importance of using exercise to help stabilise changes made in treatment.

Exercise is also an important way of improving muscle balance to prevent problems. For example many patients have an imbalance between their quadriceps and hamstring muscles, which can lead to other muscles doing more work, in this case usually the gluteal muscles. This can often lead to back problems such as spasm or even nerve irritation. Classes such as pilates and body balance really address this aspect of posture.

If you want to learn more about how Osteopathy could help you along with your exercise routine or have any aches or pains that you want to ask us about please don’t hesitate to call us for a chat.

During June we will be offering a £10 discount off of your first treatment with us, so make the most of this offer while it lasts!

Depending on your fatigue levels, repeat circuit until you feel you have reached your limit. Remember the harder YOU work, the better results you gain!

Any medical issue or injuries please consult a medical professional before partaking

in the above.

Need additional or outside motivation to reach your potential? Most people will reach their target quicker using a personal trainer. You may be pushed 110% but always with a smile. Contact Joe on 07584044229 or email [email protected] to arrange your session.

COMMISSIONING EDITOR OF THE SUNDAY TIMES STYLE MAGAZINE AS “SOMEONE

WHO HAS STRENGTHENED BRITISH BRANDS”, CLIVE IS AS WELL KNOWN FOR HIS

BREATHTAKING INTERIORS AS HE IS FOR HIS UNIQUELY

EXPENSIVE PERFUMES, WITH A DEVOTED FOLLOWING ACROSS

THE GLOBE; FROM PREMIER LEAGUE FOOTBALL STARS TO

AWARD WINNING MUSICIANS, POLITICIANS, ENTREPRENEURS

AND HOLLYWOOD STARS.

Clive’s own philosophy when designing is to “Design it first - to be the absolute best it can be - then cost it” so that the end result is always focused on the client’s

vision not budget. The philosophy of the Clive Christian Design House is to create rooms that are both timeless and luxurious, inspired by periods of great British architecture and to partner with the finest in current technology. These values

ultimately bring an established character to the interior, transforming a new build property into a home with soul or complementing a period home with architectural and design echoes from the time of their creation. Clive Christian Design Styles find their place in all properties from penthouses to country mansions.

The Clive Christian Design House was founded over thirty years ago in Cheshire and Clive was the first designer to put chandeliers into kitchens, which labelled the company as “eccentric” in the 1990s. Now this is the signature of a Clive Christian kitchen and the design house has been credited with revolutionising the way society views ‘the heart of the home’ - not merely a functional work space, but instead a perfect accompaniment to the ultimate luxury lifestyle.

For Clive Christian, the finest quality of manufacture is paramount to ensure each design stands the test of time and meets the high standards expected of the brand. Clive Christian maintains a factory in the North of England where each project is made to order working with

managed resources of European Oak, American Black Walnut, Tulip wood and Cherry tree. A series of workshops with apprenticeship programs implement 300 year old skill sets including veneering, joinery, carving and marquetry enabling the Clive Christian Design House to personalise each project with monograms or coats of arms - the most unusual request to date being the image of a family’s beloved West Highland White terrier whose face was carefully worked into the entire project in detailed marquetry.

The Clive Christian Design House and flagship showroom in Cheshire supports a network of fifty independent dealerships around the world representing the Clive Christian brand from Moscow to Beverly Hills. The Clive Christian Tunbridge Wells showroom in Kent was established some 12 years ago and since then they have been helping to make luxury homes in London and the Home Counties more beautiful. The showroom in Tunbridge Wells features the classic Clive Christian Victorian Kitchen - the most famous kitchen in the world - which is instantly recognisable by its large island and traditional

Page 48: SCENE (Kent) - June 2011

mantel with carved corbels in painted cream and gold leaf. This is in fact the kitchen chosen by Rod Stewart and Shania Twain and is a design classic. However there is a new kitchen to present; Clive Christian Design Style - The Architectural Collection.

The Architectural Kitchen combines a cool ivory finish with black oak floors to provide a stunning look for the discriminating homeowner. - Designed specifically for the larger luxury home, this new kitchen blends the classic look of a Clive Christian kitchen with the newer Architectural Division of the Home Company. Panelling elements, traditional cabinetry, and a coffered ceiling have merged to create a grand space which feels like an architectural work of art.

Where many projects may start in the kitchen, the client soon becomes aware of how the room

gracefully establishes itself in the property. The Client then seeks to extend Clive Christian Designs throughout the whole home, starting with the butler’s pantry through to the dining room and study, upstairs to the bedrooms and, of course, completing with the matching his and hers dressing rooms. Clive Christian’s ability to address these requests enables the client to create a real sense of harmony throughout the home, whilst also ensuring a sensible investment.

KESTON WATERSIDE, A DEVELOPMENT OF

EIGHT EXCLUSIVE THREE-BEDROOM

APARTMENTS AND DUPLEXES IN A TRANQUIL

LAKESIDE SETTING, COMBINES THE

CHARM OF COUNTRY LIVING WITH THE

ADVANTAGES OF A LOW-MAINTENANCE

MODERN HOME.

It offers a practical solution for many people who dream of living in the countryside but find that traditional properties available are

either too big or too small or demand high levels of money and attention to maintain.

Andrew Southern, Development Director of the Hadley Property Group, comments, “Keston Waterside provides a luxurious living environment where homes are individually designed and impeccably finished down to every last detail. It is ideal for people who want to live in the country, without the high costs and maintenance worries associated with older, larger properties. It would be particularly suitable for people considering downsizing from larger properties on private estates such as nearby Keston Park that no longer suit their lifestyle.” Just 15 miles from central London in an exclusive residential area characterised by large country homes and private estates, Keston Waterside sits behind secure gates in landscaped grounds featuring formal gardens, grassy areas and woodlands as well as a private communal garden with a covered entertainment area.

Its layout has been carefully planned to maximise the feeling of tranquillity and seclusion offered by the lakeside setting, with an exterior crafted from traditional stone and brick in sympathy with the prevailing architecture of the area.

Each of the three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses have been designed to capture light and facilitate open plan living that flows naturally from interior to exterior via double doors leading out onto private terraces, balconies or private gardens. All provide generous living space from approximately 2,100 to 2,900 square feet, double the size of the average UK three bedroom house of approximately 1,000 - 1500 square feet .

The well-proportioned interiors are finished to an extremely high specification that blends natural materials, such as limestone and oak with glass and stainless steel in a sleek modern design that prioritises comfort and functionality. Subtle differences maximise the individuality of each apartment and penthouse, but all share luxurious oak and natural stone flooring,

fitted quality carpets and integrated wardrobe space in the bedrooms, polished porcelain and Italian marble bathrooms (featuring mosaics) and stunning Schiffini kitchens – with Kuppersbusch integrated appliances. All the properties have underfloor heating and are pre-wired for home cinema, CCTV and temperature control. TV, phone and broadband can be accessed from every room with multimedia ‘face plates’ and smart hubs.

Communal parts have been finished to the same high standards. There is lift access to all floors while video entry phones and secured basement car parking complete the sense of security and exclusivity. The development will also benefit from having a managing agent, ensuring that both the building and grounds are maintained.

Keston Waterside offers a winning blend of country lifestyle, excellent local amenities and easy access to London. It lies adjacent to the exclusive private estates of Keston Park and Farnborough Park, in a tranquil green setting.

There is easy access to London via nearby Hayes or Orpington stations

where regular services will take you to London Bridge (15 minutes), Charing Cross (24 minutes) or Victoria (30 minutes). All offer excellent interconnection with the wider network of transport in the capital, including the Tube, DLR and bus services. Central London itself is about 40 minutes away by car, and there is good access to Gatwick (40 minutes) and Heathrow (1 hour).

The immediate area boasts extensive local facilities for sports, leisure and entertainment. There are a dozen good local golf clubs, as well as several sports clubs and centres with swimming and fitness facilities. There is a Michelin starred restaurant only five minutes’ walk away, as well as charming local pubs, and lots of opportunities for retail therapy in nearby Bromley, Croydon and Orpington. Those wanting to explore the wider area are also well catered for with Charles Darwin’s home at Down House, the famous air shows at Biggin Hill and the glorious stately home at Knole, with its 365 rooms and 52 staircases all within easy reach and popular Brighton is just over an hour’s drive away.

Manhattan jazz bar meets modern Parisian bistro is how we’d describe La Rascasse, a French/seafood restaurant located on Beckenham’s High Street. With its chocolate brown leather banquettes, exposed brick walls and simple bentwood chairs, this elegant spot is perfect for business entertaining, dates and get-togethers with friends. With three bars and a covered terrace, La Rascasse is popular with a glossy after-work cocktail crowd and the menu – from

the natural oysters and classic moules mariniere to the roasted Burgundy snails and the fillet of seabass with a shrimp risotto and vanilla sauce – has a distinctly French flair. Connoisseurs adore the wine list, which has an extensive French-led selection of whites, red and champagne. 59 - 63 High Street, Beckenham, BR3 1AW020 8650 2291 http://www.larascasse.com

DRIVE OF YOURLife

The need for high-performance stability, handling ability and low kerb weight defined the DBS’s form and construction. Accordingly, the DBS becomes the first production Aston Martin to make extensive use of ultra-light carbon-fibre body panels. High levels of performance and control are delivered by the combination of inherent light weight, near-perfect weight distribution, a supremely powerful and flexible V12

engine, and a performance-honed six-speed transmission, together with new carbon ceramic brakes and an adaptive damper controlled suspension system.

At the heart of the DBS is a 6.0-litre V12 engine. The DBR9 and DBRS9 race cars are powered by an enhanced version of this same V12, tuned to produce in excess of 600bhp. The shared powerplant continues the strong link

between Aston Martin’s road and race cars, just as the six-cylinder engine used in the DBR1 inspired a generation of engines in the DB4, DB5 and DB6 in the 1950s and 60s.

As with all current Aston Martins, the engine is hand-assembled at Aston Martin’s dedicated engine facility in Cologne, Germany. The classic 6.0-litre V12 features a number of power-increasing enhancements. These

IF THE DB9 IS COOL, THEN THE DBS IS SUPER-CHILLED. FORGET THE SLIGHTLY ODOROUS JAMES BOND CONNECTION - THAT’S FOR TEENAGE BOYS - AND REVEL IN A FINE, FAST ASTON THAT MAKES THE HAIR STAND TO ATTENTION ON THE BACK OF YOUR NECK.

include a ‘by-pass’ engine air intake port that opens above 5500rpm to allow more air into the engine, and re-profiled air inlet ports that further improve airflow into the combustion chamber. Combined with a compression ratio of 10.9:1, the result of these enhancements is prodigious power and torque: the DBS delivers 380 kW (510 bhp/517 PS) at 6500 rpm. The 3.71:1 final-drive ratio ensures that the additional power is usable, enhancing in-gear acceleration in particular.

A lightweight, rigid structure is the design engineer’s ultimate goal, and achieving the right balance between strength and mass is crucial. Like the DB9 and its sibling DBR9 and DBRS9 race cars, the DBS uses Aston Martin’s class-leading all-alloy VH (Vertical Horizontal) architecture, a lightweight bonded aluminium structure that provides outstanding strength and rigidity. Aston Martin’s engineers have also employed advanced materials and processes to further reduce weight and increase the DBS’s performance and dynamics.

Carbon-fibre panels are used for the boot enclosure, boot lid, door opening surrounds, front wings and bonnet, giving a saving of some 30kg over more conventional materials without any reduction in strength. “There are no restrictions on form or shape in using carbon-fibre,” says Marek Reichman, Aston Martin’s Design Director, “and the material allowed us to wrap bodywork around the 20” wheels and maintain the precise relationship between the wheel and the bodywork.”

Each panel has been carefully sculpted to direct the airflow around the car, into the engine and to help cool the braking system. The carbon-fibre elements are produced using advanced manufacturing techniques developed from the aerospace and motorsport industries.

The new panel-making procedure also delivers an industry-best surface finish, thanks to a patented ‘Surface Veil’ process. The application of a 200 micron layer of epoxy and glass to the panel delivers a class-A surface that is in line with Aston Martin’s tradition of high-quality finishes. Inside the car, the weave patterns on the exposed carbon-fibre elements have been carefully selected to present the most harmonious surfaces.

Aries 21 Mar-19 Apr You seem fraught with anxieties and complications. None of these appear to be your fault. Another avenue of work and finance being offered to you, so count your blessings and see the very hard work that you have put in in the past to make this all possible. The change around of events planetary wise will see you make the right decisions instead of the wrong ones.

Sagittarius 22 Nov-21 Dec Seeing the world as you do is a terrible strain for you. Try to be more philosophical and begin to see a Higher Intelligence out there sorting all matters out to the highest degree with total control and effectiveness. Start to believe in the concept of your life and begin with knowledge already gained. Then a broader canvass can be achieved and the greater outcome reached.

Capricorn 22 Dec-19 Jan It is now that you go at high speed as all is given to you at once and that everlasting sacrifice is no longer required. The door opens wide and you are thrust forward at a remarkable pace with safety and enthusiasm the likes you have not seen before. So complete all matters. It really is show time now – a very swift recovery in all things.

Aquarius 20 Jan-18 FebFrom now on there will be many changes in your life which will need to be rectified to keep you afloat and running. Nothing will be wasted, but you will need to reorganise your life in a way not thought possible before. You will be thrown in at the deep end and expected to swim, so start to think positively and you will make that necessary difference.

Pisces 19 Feb-20 MarComing from the rear and facing all difficulties head on is your speciality. Your rewards are great indeed and you will be able to see on a practical level how much you have achieved. The phasing out of the old and entering into the new unknown aspects of life to take you now onto the next degree of ultimate achievement. Can you take it? Of course you can.

Taurus 20 Apr-20 May The time for expansion has come in and what you once thought of as hopeless is proving to be fully productive and ongoing. It is due to your hard work and unstinting loyalty to the cause which has kept you going against intolerable odds. Welcome the new prospectus with open arms and begin to see a pattern of working and finances coming in to secure the package.

Scorpio 23 Oct-21 NovStepping carefully over hot coals will get you nowhere fast. Seize the opportunities and free yourself from the mundane that still haunts you even now. You have been given this chance to expand and to fully stretch you beyond the limits of your comfort zone. Take this experience and appreciate the opportunity for doing so. You will be able to manage it with no regrets.

Libra 23 Sep-22 Oct Take time out for yourself and study what was to be your destiny and where you fell short of what you were meant to be. It is time now to sort matters out and begin to be yourself and not what others expect you to be for them. Until you decide no one can help you. It is your decision that brings in the relative changes to your life.

Gemini 21 May-20 JunNow you face a very important test in your life and decisions you never thought possible have to be addressed and worked through. There is no point in trying to get away with it as it will come back to haunt you until you deal with it. The outcome is long and hard, but very well worth it so go for it. You really have no choice now.

Leo 23 Jul-22 Aug Take another step backwards before you can go forwards again. There are major opportunities coming to you left, right and centre and a new contract of working and living is there for the asking. Do not be afraid to take up these very valuable opportunities and defend your case, which is of course cast in stone. A newer improved outlook is yours for the taking.

Cancer 21 Jun-22 JulEvery cloud has a silver lining as they say and in your case this will prove to be the point. What you thought was a terrible ordeal is now bearing fruit and a more positive outlook is envisaged. Remember you still have to work for it as your path appears unclear for the moment. It will materialise and happiness is certainly there for you.

Virgo 23 Aug-22 Sep As you enter into the big league of life you need to think clearly as to how you are going to manage. There will be much demand on your time and energy. A strategy not thought possible before will be required. It takes you up to the next level career wise and needs careful planning and reorganisation. No time now to contemplate. All is fast moving and effective.

MYSCENE

SteveDela

One thing I can’t live without is...My lovely fiancé and a deck of playing cards. Simples!

As a child I wanted to be...Haha this is an easy one. I have always wanted to be a magician and am very proud to say I have achieved my dream.

An ambition I’m yet to fulfil is...I am obsessed with pushing myself and winning even more magic awards. I am trying again in September to win the UK ‘Close-Up Magic Championships’ for the third time. I am still the only person to have won this award twice in the history of British magic, but to be one more step ahead would put my mind at ease.

My proudest moment was...This was definitely when I was 17 and won the Magic Circle’s ‘Young Magician of the Year’ award. This competition is open to any magician under the age of 18 across the entire world. I had wanted to win this award since I was 8 years old. It was a real dream come true moment, as I really didn’t fancy my chances on this occasion.

My claim to fame is...In the magic world it has to be; currently being the highest awarded magician in the UK. I also like to think, that on a personal note, I am able to get along with just about anyone I meet… and, well, my friends seem to like me.

What is it you do?I am a full time professional magician that strives to make all the events I attend as memorable, fun and entertaining as can possibly be.

Tell us a little bit about how you started...I have been practising magic since I was just 4 years old. It started with my uncle producing a coin from behind my ear and that was it… Simple as that, I was hooked. From then on my parents supported me by buying me magic for every birthday and Christmas for the next ten or so years.

What’s the best thing about your job? There really are too many to mention. My job flys me around the world, checks me into some of the nicest hotels and

lets me meet the most interesting people. As well as this, my whole living is basically attending parties and celebrations. Everyone I meet is in such a great mood and when I get the chance to enhance this, I feel all warm and fuzzy inside. It sounds ridiculous but performing magic for adults and getting the chance to remind them what it is like to let go of their rational thoughts is the whole reason I decided to make this my career.

Any famous faces you have entertained?I am constantly entertaining celebrities. It’s another perk to the job I guess but to be honest

they are no different to you or me. To name a few; I have performed for David Beckham, Mickey Rourke, Nicole Richie, Scarlett Johansson, Leonardo Dicaprio, Jonathon Ross, David Guest and most of the ITV tv presenters at their annual Christmas party.

What do you do for fun in the local area?Mainly meeting mates for drinks, going to the local Virgin Active Gym and wine

tasting at the local wine shop.

What do you do to relax? When I do get a spare minute to myself I like just like to spend time with my partner watching

DVD’s, cooking etc. When alone I don’t seem to relax and instead like to take on new challenges and learn new things. I design and create magic effects for other magicians. I am an artist too and like to sketch the world around me. I also learnt sign language, learnt to play the trumpet

and most recently learnt to solve a rubiks cube in less than 2 minutes. My next challenge will be learning the London Cab ‘Knowledge’ for no other reason than I think it would be cool.

Where do you like to go on holiday?Work is one big holiday for me

at the moment with two regular clients hiring me in both New York and Paris each year. I turn these into mini breaks but my favourite get away is usually Orlando Florida and the Disney and Universal Studios parks. I am a bit of a thrill junkie.

If you had one wish, what would it be?I would like all adults to realise that magic is for them just as much if not more than for children. I only entertain adults and have never been a children’s entertainer and yet get a few enquiries a day from people that have seen my website and still enquire about hiring me for their child’s party. My life is in the corporate world, as well and weddings and private parties. A good magician is the best form of entertainment for almost any type of event. It’s unintrusive, entertaining, it helps people to relax and most importantly will make your event memorable… People always remember where they were when they saw the impossible.

My guilty pleasure is...I have an obsession with nice cars and expensive jewellery. I don’t exactly weigh myself down with it but I do tend to ‘bling’ myself out when not performing. I also love eating out and try to eat in as many nice restaurants as I can.

HAVING RECENTLY MOVED TO CHISLEHURST, WE CATCH UP WITH STEVE DELA ONE OF THE MOST DECORATED MAGICAL PERFORMERS IN THE WORLD. WITH 19 INTERNATIONAL AWARDS TO HIS NAME, HE HAS ENTERTAINED THE RICH AND FAMOUS ALL OVER THE WORLD AND THIS MONTH WE CATCH UP WITH HIM
