Dear ICA Members, Partners & Guests, It is a true honor to serve as your President. This year has been a great one for Intercoiffure America/Canada as membership and partnership numbers are growing and relationships within the club are continuing to strengthen and broaden.

The Board of Directors and Committeesare working tirelessly to serve you and the organization. The BOD is continuing to worktogether and share responsibilities, while committees are serving above and beyond their call of duty – which is, of course, the “Intercoiffure way.”

With the theme of our 2016 Fall Atelier as Many Tribes. One Vision. the goal is to celebrate that our differences are what make us stronger. Even though we come from different backgrounds, cities, coun-tries and generations – ICA brings us together. This weekend we will have over 8 countries represented and have presenters ranging from five to 80 years old. It is truly a weekend of Many Tribes and ONE VISION.

As this is the last year of our Atelier at the historic Waldorf-Astoria due to hotel renovations, we want to reflect back on all of the memories that have been made here. We want to thank the Waldorf and the amazing staff who have partnered with us for so many successful years.

I hope you enjoy yourself this weekend as you connect with old friends, meet new ones and enjoy all that is ICA. As always, I hope we can all continue to respect our past, enjoy our present and be excited for our future.
