He has had extensive experience in value creation and driving major cultural change for public and private organizations in 20+ countries in four continents. Dr. Villeda was the first person in the U.S. to earn a doctorate in Just in Time Manufacturing (1985) and is the Global Education Chair of ASQ-Mining IG.
