In the first session the students enjoyed demonstrations on electrostatics, current electricity, and electromagnetic induction and AC circuits. Enhancing the observational skills and how to analyse the situation to arrive at useful conclusions. The second session on optics made the students realise that expensive apparatus is not required to do physics. It can be done using simple ordinarily available materials.

INTERACT CLUB

The program included hands on activities and experiments to provide practical demonstrations of the content being taught, as well as rare behind the scenes opportunities that allow the kids to engage with practicing scientists within the classroom.

Fundraiser – Candle and Chocolate Sale

BVN The interactors conducted workshops at the NGO NaiDisha, wherein they taught the children how to make candles. The Interact Club successfully conducted chocolate making workshops, wherein 12 women participated. The children of NaiDIsha made candles and the other group made chocolates, all of which were sent to Birla VidyaNiketan. Also did a fundraising sale. Banners and stalls were put up. The goods were sold to parents, teachers and other students.
