Founded in 1995, Clearon Corporation is a manufacturer and distributor of water treatment chemicals

located in South Charleston, West Virginia. Their products are used in swimming pools and spas as well as

cleaners and sanitizers for both residential and industrial markets. Clearon wants to digitally transform their

business processes with a smart ERP Implementation since their current ECC system is outdated and

doesn’t match industry business best practices. They want a unified modern ERP platform to get accurate

analytics, timely reports, and effective insights. Deeply integrated with manufacturing, such a system will

encompass all business processes: from the order placement and production capacities load to the initial

production redistribution and transfer of the ready-made products from the warehouse to the stores.

Proper Inventory Management that will allow an accurate Ability to Promise (ATP) to Customers is the

highest requirement by the Management.
