La Santisima Trinidad is a destination residential community in the countryside thirty minutes from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, but a continent away.

Inspired by the landscapes and buildings of Andalusia in Southern Spain, the project offers residents the opportunity to live among producing vineyards, olive groves and lavender. The gated 50 hectare project consists of 45 exclusive homesites, boutique hotel, clubhouse and restaurant, working winery and equestrian facility. 10 kilometers of riding and walking trails provide access to the adjacent Rio Laja valley. Each lot is approximately two to two and a half acres with 15,000 square feet of buildable area and the rest under cultivation.

Materials: stone, masonry, wood, tile, iron.

Clubhouse and entry scheduled for completion November, 2012 All design and construction by Farnum & Stubbs and SimpleCo.

Farnum & Stubbs Taller Creativo is a design/build collaboration between John Farnum and Werner Stubbs.

The gate house establishes the theme for Santisima Trinidad. The stone construction, wood lintels and cross-vaulted porte cochere are reminiscent of Mediterranean wine country architecture. Its iron gates provides security and the building accommodates a full-time gate keeper.
