Laws for Sanskar Re-Engineering

Law of suggestion suggests that whenever there is a fight between

the will power and imagination that is when they are

antagonistic, it is always the imagination which wins, without

exception.

Law of dominant effect states that suggestion linked to an

emotion will surmount (overcome any other suggestion) in the

mind at that point of time that is the most emotionally

powerful suggestion dominates the mind and intellect

Process of Re-EngineeringGOLDEN RULES :1. It is to attack the root and not all the branches

2. It is one step at a time and the right step at the first time, every time.

STEPS:* Sincerely acknowledge one’s weaknesses that is being true to the self

* Start a progressive, time bound, positive, self-improvement programme.

* Once the target is set you only pay the price, you don’t bargain, gamble, or make excuses.

* Schedule the programme in such a way that every step is entertaining, giving a sense of achievement and provagative to even

practice more.

Techniques to be employed

THOUGHTS are the tools. Therefore an inbuilt positive frame of mind is compulsorily needed to bring quick changes.

Use AUTOSUGGESTION technique to take the advantage of the nature of subconscious mind such as

a) Which is unable to differentiate whether an incident has been actually performed or performed in the mind’s screen

b) Which is capable of doing deductive reasoning and not inductive reasoning that is accepts suggestions in literal meaning.

Use TRANSFERENCE technique by which emotions are satisfied by shifting it from one person to other.

One should have a very distinct and vivid picture of one’s “future self” ie VISUALIZE one’s goal in every minute details.

Identify the weaknesses1) Find the root causea) If it is a root cause, directly attack the same.b) If it is derivative, then the root cause is to be identified or otherwise

it would only mean “Symptom removal” and “not curing the disease”.

2) Pattern and trend of emergence of –ve sanskara) How often it emergesb) Intensity – Whether always strong or varies from time to

time.c) Is there any specific time, situation, environment or persons

etc. that triggers the negative sanskar.d) Is there any specific thoughts, imagery, people which might

have acted against the –ve triggers.
