A BRIEF BACKGROUND

1996 San Beda applied the EXPANDED ROTC PROGRAM where a number of 2nd year students took the alternative CWS (in lieu of MS 21 and 22) whose nature is maximizing the time of students for community service in various forms. However, it was the prerogative of the commandant if he is going to implement it in the school or not.
