In a nutshell:

• A private company owns the property and you have the opportunity to become a 13th shareholder inthis company.

• After completion of the project, Pam Golding Fractional Ownership will take responsibility for all the troublesome and mundane tasks of owning a secondary home, so you can just come and enjoyyour vacation.

Our services include the following:• Preparation of the lodge before arrival• Inspections and inventory checks after visits• Domestic cleaning services• Pool and garden services if needed• Insurance• Administration and bill payments• Provide shareholders with statements and reconciliations• Levy collections• Drafting of annual returns• Tax• We arrange rentals at your request if you cannot use your weeks• Facilitation of internal exchanges between shareholders

STANDARD LEVY STRUCTURE

The costs of maintenance, upkeep and management are budgeted in the annual forecast for thecompany. The administration of these bills is done by an appointed Chartered Accountancy Firm.

FUNDING AND FINANCE

PROCESSPam Golding Properties (Pty)Ltd creates a private company, of which it is the first shareholder. Investorsare then invited to subscribe for these shares at the promoted share price. This company acquires theproperty and appoints a contractor to complete the unit, whereafter our interior designersfurnish the unit.

Each shareholder owns 1/13th share in the company and has an equal vote in the decisions of thecompany. The private company may be converted to a share block company once occupation commences,should the shareholders elect to do so.

FUNDING• Investors are required to deposit 15% of the purchase price on signature.• A further 90% is required relative to the stages of completion of the unit, and in instances of a completed unit, when the share is transferred.

Once you have decided that you are not using yourcredits this year and/or the year after, simply notify usto deposit your week into our exchange programmeand select the Region or Country that your prefer toexchange into.

Our Fair Exchange Policy will ensure that the creditsallocated to your deposited week is in accordance withthe credits table that was issued to you when youbecame a member.

Credits allocated to each property and week vary basedupon the demand for the property, facilities on-site,amenities, size of the accommodation and the timeperiod of the year.

Similarly, the credits that you will use in an exchangeare based on the same principle.

The credits table appears alongside the description ofeach property.

FAQ

Q: Why are the credits allocated to me this year different from last year?A: You may have been allocated with a higher demand peak, high or low season week last year. Because yourallocation of weeks differ each year, each member has a fair opportunity to use the time period in the year.Remember that the Total Credits issued to each unit of accommodation never changes. So, all that happensis that the credits allocated to you rotate each year.

Q: I have decided on the destination property that I want to exchange into, What now?A: Complete the exchange enquiry form “I am an existing member and would like to make a Reservation? andemail it to us. We will contact you shortly.

Q: I want to exchange into a property but I do not have sufficient credits. What do I do?A: Simply deposit a future week/s in the current year or the next year into our exchange pool in order to provideyou with a higher credits balance.

Q: When can I deposit my week/s with you to my credit?A: We recommend that you deposit your weeks with us as soon as you receive your allocation for the year/s.

Q: I have changed my mind about using one of my allocated weeks. Can I still deposit the week/s into theexchange pool?A: We need at least 3 (three) months notice ie. Deposit your week with us at least 3 months before the startdate of your allocated week. If for some reason you are unable to do so, please contact us and should wehave another member that needs your week, we will gladly accept it as a deposit to your credit.

Q: I am unsure of the destination that I wish to travel to. Can you help?A: Submit an enquiry and one of our trained professionals will assist you.

Q: Can I take a short break away from home, perhaps a few days or a weekend?A: Certain properties permit daily, weekend or mid-week exchanges. Weekends are the highest in demandin certain locations where you will use 75% of the full weeks credits for a weekend break. Also, during certainPeak periods, only full week exchanges are possible. Contact us and we will assist you.

Q: I want to make advance reservations for the on-site facilities or amenities at the property that I am exchanginginto. Can you assist?A: Contact us and we will assist you

Q: Can you assist me with my travel reservations ie. Flights, car hire, show tickets, etc?A: Yes, contact us and we will find the most competitive yet convenient options for you.
