ERP / CRM Sampling Ground Transportation

► Replaced an inflexible, proprietary system for this client with an end to end system that reduced entry time and greatly improved user visibility into all aspects of the operation. Created modules to handle OTR (Over the Road), Brokered Loads, Local, Asset Management, Logistics, Accounting and M&R. The accounting module included a requirement to accurately distribute revenue and income across 9 cost centers.

Air Cargo► Replaced a costly, proprietary system designed to handle extremely complex interline

accounting for this Fortune 50 company.

Light Manufacturing► This was an out of the box implementation for an electronics manufacturer operating with

warehouses and manufacturing operations on 2 continents.

Media/Publishing► Replaced a disparate set of software packages with an integrated ERP system for a magazine

subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company.

Emergency Services► Created a comprehensive, integrated system for this client to provide end to end visibility,

project management and accounting capabilities. We created custom web interfaces, a secure web portal for business partners and a web based interface for managing on-going customer trouble tickets and support requests – all completely integrated into the backend ERP system.
