Access We are based in the deconsecrated Church building on Bedwin Street, Salisbury, SP1 3UT.

College Street and Salt Lane car parks are free after 6pm. There are two Disabled Parking spaces at the rear of the Arts Centre, accessed via Bedwin Street.

Buses go from New Canal Street and Endless Street nearby and the train station is just a 15 minute walk away.

Public areas are accessible by ramps or lift. A disabled toilet with baby changing facilities is situated on the ground floor. Infrared or Induction Loop systems are available.

In exceptional circumstances we may have to make changes to the planned programme of events. We avoid this wherever possible but we’re afraid we have to reserve the right to do so!

Palaces and Cabins explores the intersection of public and private space in Salisbury, revealing aspects of the city that are hidden in plain sight.

The exhibition acts as an artist's guide to the city, encouraging visitors to look again at the spaces they inhabit.

The exhibition was initiated by OSR Projects - an evolving curatorial project encouraging engagement with the world through arts-led activity.

Anna Maria Sigurjonsdottir's large scale photographs capture the haunting landscape of Iceland in the aftermath of the eruption of the Eyjafjallajökull volcano in spring of 2010.

24 hours of making and sharing to create a visual interpretation of the city. Everyone in Salisbury is invited to capture their favourite time of day or night using anything from photography to poetry. Activities will take place at NewRED Studios and Salisbury Arts Centre.

Every year we invite our talented workshop participants and leaders, staff and resident artists to take part in Homegrown.

Designed to showcase the incredible work created here each year, the exhibition will feature everything from ceramics to film and animation.

This year's theme is Artificial Things, which has sparked all kinds of ideas and exciting collaborations.

Lost is an exhibition of 'lost' artworks from the 20th Century, an artistic archaeology of the recent past.

As part of Fest West, The Story Exchange will be roaming around the streets of Salisbury with its bonkers writing desk. Joined by young people from Salisbury, it will wheel its barrow down streets broad and narrow creating joyful interruptions with whoever it meets.

Catch it to make a Technology Free Tweet, add a word to its Tall Tale, play a super silly game of Consequences and maybe even rewrite the ending to Titanic (and see it reenacted before your eyes)!

A fun show full of magical movement, daring dance and paint!

Watch as the dancers create a larger than life painting through a colourful mixture of dance, paint and music.

This playful and intriguing dance will take place outdoors – April showers allowing – and there will be a chance for your little artists to create their own big painting with the dancers at the end.

He has talked to his Dad, interviewed his P.E. teacher and now he's inviting you to join him out on the pitch... where strong men hide their weaknesses.

Will's coach will escort you from Salisbury Arts Centre to "the pitch". There's only room for ten on his team so book early to avoid being stuck on the bench.

Altar Club is a blasting series of Ska, Reggae, Indie, Pop and Punk bringing you live bands and alternative DJ sets until midnight.

For May Altar Club we welcome back Brit Reggae band By The Rivers. Formed in 2010 by Leicester lads Nile Barrow and Jordan Birtles, By The Rivers is inspired by all genres of music and performs catchy songs in a Reggae style.

Tipped as one of the '5 future stars of the Pyramid Stage' by BBC Glastonbury, the band is making a stir in the British music scene and 2014 is set to be a big year.

A funny and deadly serious show about eruption, tension and letting go... set on a massive pile of volcanic ash.

Volcano is part performance, part lecture and part school science experiment. It follows the story of a pilot's personal eruption whilst grounded during the Icelandic Eyjafjallajökull volcano ash cloud in April 2010.

It uses lo-fi props to recreate gigantic events and gigantic events to illuminate small lives with pathos and a deep sense of life's absurdity.
