MEETING PLANNER OFFICEOur complimentary meeting planner office provides you with a quiet, exclusive work space, complete with all the necessities you will need to run a successful group program. The 500-square-foot space features office supplies, a photocopier, a wireless color printer, a desktop computer, a 60-inch HD television, a shredder, a dry-erase board, a laptop-sized safe, extensive storage, an outdoor patio and a refrigerator stocked with complimentary beverages and snacks. The meeting planner office is centrally located on the lobby level close to most meeting rooms. The meeting planner office is offered based on the size of the group program and is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.


Relive the elegance and grandeur of the early days of motoring at Evans Garage, a private collection of antique and classic cars. Evans Garage is a hidden treasure, which is closed to the general public and only hosts a few events each year. Hosting an event at Evans Garage is an exclusive opportunity to visit a world-class private venue while enjoying gourmet dining in a whimsical setting. Built in 1983 to house vintage cars owned by the late Bill Evans Sr., Evans Garage is an ever-evolving collection of vehicles spanning seven decades. Among its more notable treasures is the 1909 Blitzen-Benz, which once held the international speed record of 142 mph. Suspended overhead is a 1917 De Havalland biplane from the Royal British Flying Corps, which reigns as the building’s striking centerpiece.

The grand tradition of Mississippi riverboats comes to life on Mission Bay aboard our 19th Century Sternwheelers, the William D. Evans and the Bahia Belle. Up to 600 guests can enjoy a moonlit cruise aboard the William D. Evans, a true luxury riverboat complete with handcrafted wooden masts, a twelve-ton paddlewheel and a stunning 42-foot-long skylight delicately made of 50,000 pieces of European stained glass. The Bahia Belle, a 74-foot cruise boat featuring oak and brass railings, grand staircases, and an open-air observation deck, is ideal for hosting smaller meetings of up to 141 people. These elegant sternwheelers offer spacious and versatile event space along with exceptional food and panoramic views of Mission Bay.

A.R. VALENTIENOur signature fine-dining restaurant, A.R. Valentien, highlights regional San Diego cuisine served in an elegant, indoor-outdoor dining room overlooking the 18th hole of the iconic Torrey Pines Golf Course. Executive Chef Jeff Jackson uses only the best local provisions, and the menu changes frequently based on the availability of locally sourced ingredients. At the lounge, guests can unwind to the sounds of live jazz music while enjoying a handcrafted cocktail on the terrace.

THE GRILLThe Lodge at Torrey Pines offers a casual dining option, The Grill, which also has an adjoining bar of warm wood with accents of leather and copper, and a demonstration kitchen that showcases first-rate California casual bistro cuisine. THE SPA AT TORREY PINESThe Spa at Torrey Pines is inspired by design principles of the Arts & Crafts movement as depicted by the style of Scottish architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh. The Spa features 14 private treatment rooms, saunas, herbal-infused steam rooms, aromatherapy inhalation rooms and relaxation rooms. The spa menu features a complete line of restorative treatments such as therapeutic, meditative and cobblestone massages, facials, body wraps, Vichy shower and hydrotherapy among other amenities.
