Our spacious event areas and locations always provide the perfect backdrop for all types of occasions, including conferences, incentive events or celebrations. The Auditorium Maximum is the largest

private event space with a floor area of 340 m², providing room for up to 250 people. Up to 1,500 people can be accommodated in the indoor and outdoor areas.

The five rooms on the ground floor have access to the courtyard and the Pre-Function Area Forum. There are another five conference rooms on the upper floor for smaller meetings including the Boardrooms Tablinum. The Brain Box, with flexible furniture and walls for writing on, is an ideal

space for creative meetings and break-out sessions.

All the rooms have natural daylight and are equipped with modern conference technology, including wireless presentation technology. Our experienced meetings & events team

will help in the planning phase to ensure your event is a resounding success.

focal point, particularly because it is used to prepare original Italian pizzas before your very eyes. Next to the restaurant there is an outdoor terrace adjoining the courtyard which is ideal for BBQs,

informal receptions and relaxation during the summer.

The Paparazzi Lounge Bar in the centre of the 15-metre glass atrium provides stunning architecture at the heart of the hotel. Relax in its casual atmosphere with speciality coffees, shaken and stirred

cocktails or try a fresh local “Kölsch” beer on draught.

Every morning our Super Breakfast Buffet is served in the Pronto! Restaurant which has extended opening times on weekends. Enjoy a wide range of breakfast delicacies in a friendly bistro

atmosphere with plenty of natural daylight and a live cooking station. We can also organize your private lunch or business dinner event in the Pronto! Restaurant. The outdoor terrace

A59 from the airport, Bonn: From the A59, take the A559 at Kreuz Köln-Porz, direction Köln Zentrum. Continue along the A559 until the end of the motorway. Keep to the right-hand lane

in the tunnel under Kölnarena. At the traffic light, turn right in the direction of Messehalle 9-14. The Hotel is 500 metres down the road on the right, opposite Messehalle 14.

A57 from Krefeld, Neuss: A57 until the end of the motorway. Turn left in the direction of Zoobrücke/A3/A4 (Innere Kanalstrasse). After Zoobrücke, take the KoelnMesse exit.

The hotel is located opposite Messehalle 14.
