BACKGROUND

• Pursuant to Hon'ble Supreme Court's Judgment dated 31.08.2012 and order dated 29.03.2016 passed in

Conmt.Pet (C) No.412 & 413/2012 in C.A. No.9813 & 9833/with Contempt Petition (C) No.260/2013 in

C.A. No. 8643/2012, 2011, in the matter of Securities And Exchange Board Of India Vs. Sahara India Real

Estate Corporation Ltd. & Ors, SBI Capital Markets Ltd (“SBICAPS”) (hereinafter referred to as "the

Agency") has been engaged by Securities And Exchange Board Of India (hereinafter referred to as "the

Seller") to assist it for sale of the properties of the Sahara Group (hereinafter referred to "the Saharas")

mentioned herein, through e-auction platform on "as is where is and whatever there is" basis. The sale will be

conducted under supervision of Justice B N Agarwal (Retd.).

• The land parcels shall be available for sale through e-auction whose date will be declared though a public

NOTICE for AUCTION advertisement to be placed in both national and regional newspapers.
