    Surface preparation:Stripe coat all hidden difficult areas : weld seams, edges, corners, etc. using paint brushprior to full spray coat application.NOTE :1). Please follow the minimum and maximum recoating time interval of each productgiven below. If maximum recoating interval is exceeded, roughening of the surface bysweepblasting or sanding is necessary to obtain good intercoat adhesion.2). This Painting Specification is made based on client's specification.3). Consult the Product Data Sheets for further technical information and clarification.

    Oil and grease etc. to be removed by strong detergent solution or with Hempel'sNavi-Wash 99330 followed by thorough fresh water rinsing. Entire area to be (highpressure) fresh water cleaned in order to remove salts and other contaminants. When thesurface is dry: Abrasive blasting to minimum Sa 2 according to ISO 8501-1:2007 with asurface profile corresponding to Rugotest No. 3 BN 11a or Keane-Tator Comparator Disc,5.5 G/S. Dedust and clean surface prior to painting.
