BISHOP DAVID J. WALKOWIAK ASKS US TO PRAY FOR OUR SEMINARIANS
Loving God, raise up dedicated leaders who will shepherd your people and guide them to your Son. Give generous and willing hearts to the seminarians of our Diocese who have heard your call to live a life of ser-vice to the Church. Help us to encourage and support them as they strive to become priests who are models of discipleship, possessors of wisdom and on fire with love for your people. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
We especially pray for: Logan C. Weber

616.677.3136 ~ 14637 16th Ave. Marne THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OUR BULLETIN!
Dear Fr. Ayub and the parishioners of St. Mary’s and St. Michael’s~ Being on the receiving end of your
community’s generosity as the rolls of coins came flooding in along with the cash and check donations was amazing. I witnessed what the power of many can do in your response to the Mother’s & Father’s Day Baby Bottle Collection for HELP Pregnancy Crisis Aid. The attention you bring to mothers and fathers for their respective holidays is a real trib-ute to your passion for LIFE. In 2017, from January to the end of June, we’ll have had over 2000 visits to our center. Your donations totaling up to $4000.00 dollars will help supply us with formula and baby essentials and sup-port the operations of our Medical Services with pregnancy tests and limited ultrasounds, which is staffed for walk-ins two afternoons a week. Actions such as this, sends a message into the community of care and compassion. All of us at HELP will make sure those we serve know that it is because of our generous donors is why we exist and we are blessed to pass it on. Thank you for your continued support. HELP has been truly blessed by you. Thank you, Paula Veneklase, Director HELP Pregnancy Crisis Aid
Share your thoughts with Pope Francis!
Are you between the ages of 14-29? Pope Francis and our parish want to hear from you! As preparations begin for an international gathering of bishops (synod) next year, Pope Francis wants your input on the topic of Young People, the Faith, and Vocational Discernment. Bring your friends (non-Catholics are welcome too) and join Youth Minister, Mi-chael Hurst for a discussion at St Mary’s Parish Hall on July 26 at 7PM. This is an opportunity to better under-stand the purpose of the Synod on Youth and Vocational ministries. All ages and walks of life are welcome to this event. Teens bring your parents and friends (even non-catholic friends) to find out how you can make your voice heard by Pope Francis. Can’t make it? Share your opinion online at http://bit.ly/DOGRsynodsurvey
