REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AT END OF COMPETITION
1. A PDF/image of all material used to inform the students about the EIB prize (eg lecture presentations, internal posters, newsletters).
2. Summary of the winning awards with names of the students and their engineering degree.
3. Confirmation of the number of students exposed to the competition messages and number of engineers that participated.
4. A few words from you (or a colleague) as to the value you believe the EIB prize added to your competition.
5. Photos of the students receiving their prizes at your awards presentation.

6. Any website or media coverage you generate on the winners.
7. After the prize presentation we would like to get in touch with the EIB winners by email to ask a few questions about their learning experiences (if this is not possible, we can do this through the applicant).
