CREATION OF A CITIZEN COMPLAINT PROCESS.15(a)IN GENERAL.TheAttorneyGeneralshall,not16laterthan180daysafterthedateoftheenactmentof17this Act, create a confidential and secure online complaint18process to the Office of Professional Responsibility for the19Department of Justice, for the use of defendants who have20beensentencedwhobelievethattheirprosecutionswere21mishandled by Federal prosecutors or law enforcement of- 22ficers.
