BEATITUDESToday we think of all the love God has lavished on us by calling us his children. We are not always sure what this means. Only by meeting the Lord face-to-face will we know what it means to be like him. The Gospel gives us a standard we must aim for when seek-ing the Lord—the Beatitudes. Our happiness comes when we are on target. Then we join the myriad surrounding the throne of the Lamb of God crying “Victory to our God.” Christus vincet!

First Reconciliation -First CommunionSacred Heart-Guadalupe Happily prepares children to

receive the Holy Eucharist -- the source and summit of our Catholic faith and the

sacrament of Reconciliation when they reach the age of reason.Classes in English at 2:30 pm at OLG Shrine.

Because preparation for the Eucharist and Reconciliation is part of an ongoing parish religious

education program, regular attendance for the year of formation is required.
