When you do not have a Red App in the certification process already
you will see an option to Submit a New Bundle under Red App view.
Click Submit to start the process of uploading your new Red App
version.
Fill in all necessary fields and upload the bundle file and hit Submit.
Note: Please note that Initial Red App Description field is to provide the plain text description that will be used on Agency Admin Tool under SRW for Agency Admin reference only. You will be able to provide the Red App Description to be displayed on Red App Centre in multiple languages at a later stage. When your Red App bundle is submitted you enter into the technical certification and marketing data workflow process. If your company defined two separate accounts i.e. Provider – Technology and Provider – Marketing, those roles can see and act on specific areas only. Note: Please note that if you have not defined separate roles to handle technical and marketing, your current developer account will allow you to manage all sections just as you did previously. Provider – Technology (previously Developer) will see only Certify Your Red App section when the certification workflow is presented with necessary steps to be performed by Sabre and Developer. Please see detailed description of the certification steps in section IV, “SPECIFIC WORKFLOWS DESCRIPTION – MANAGING APPS”. Provider – Marketing will see all section but can act only on General Info, Language Info, Pricing, Review sections which allows to edit all marketing aspects of the Red App like app icon, description, screenshots, ref guides etc. in multiple languages. If your Red App is Paid, you can also edit all pricing information. Please read details about the pricing models in section V under ORDERING – PAID APPS. Notes: It is now possible to change the Red App icon anytime in General Information section. An Icon change will apply for all published versions of this red app in the Red App Centre Directory. If you filled and reviewed all tabs you may Preview your recent edits. When you are ok with your changes you need to mark this version as Ready to be Published in the last Review step. Upon successful completion of tests on PROD (from Certify Your Red App workflow), the application will be Published by Sabre. Note: Please note: this can take up to 1 business day to complete.

In this section below we present all Ordering procedures depending on the type of the Red App e.g. Public/Private, with or without intervention
etc. The ordering procedure for public Red Apps is initiated on the Red App Directory by the Buyer; however Private apps are managed solely in
the Admin Centre panel. Some apps may require intervention on the Buyer or Provider side. We have also recently added option to auto-
activate Red Apps that do not require an Agency Administrator to turn on the app before use. All options are outlined below.

We have introduced a new option during the ordering procedure. The new Automatic Activation Order feature saves time by allowing the
agency to automatically activate an app for all of the EPRs in one or more PCCs when placing the order. Agencies can choose to use this new
order process, or they can place orders the way do today, manually provisioning the apps within the SRW agency admin tool (AAT). In this case,
they would choose the Manual Activation Order option, formerly known as Standard order.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
After placing an Automatic Activation Order, the Red App will be automatically provisioned and activated for users provided in that order. All
subsequent versions of that Red App will be automatically activated for your users.
Auto Activation Order is available for Public apps only and may be available for a limited selection of apps initially.
Automatic Activation Orders do not require the Agency Administrators to activate the Red App in the Agency Admin Tool found in Sabre Red
Workspace.
