Fun Facts about Rutabagas

• Very similar to turnips in shape and size but are sweeter and have a lower water content

• They are a cross between cabbages and turnips

• Rutabagas have no fat, saturated fat or cholesterol and are low in sodium and calories

• They are also very high in Vitamin A
