RUN & RELAX SCANDINAVIA was founded in Norway in 2011. The vision & mission is to inspire modern busy women to better balance work, family and social life with a healthy lifestyle that helps us keeping fit, looking good, and releases the stress of everyday life.

The concepts of RUN & RELAX are based on Scandinavian aesthetics and an in-novative approach to the use of quality fabrics, a strong focus on function – and not at least, an ambition to deliver an appealing look that inspires women to do more sports and achieve inner relaxation.

THE CONCEPTS DESIGN & MATERIALS

Our collection is designed in Scandina-via and produced in Portugal. We use high quality fabrics such as bamboo in our Yoga collection and technical sweat wicking materials in our Sweat collection. Most of our garments are seamlessly engi-neered with ruching details for femininity and comfort, while avoiding uncomforta-
