Plonge sous marine, Kitesurf, stand up, surf, randonnes aux cascades et dcouverte des valles et mythiques baies dOpunohu et de Cook en passant par les plantations dananas.Ne pas oublier les succulents poissons crus et dgustations de produits Maison !

Destination Polynesia. The Picture Family get their bearings and adapt to the art of living in this extraordinary archipelago...

After a stopover at Los Angeles, twenty hours flying time from Paris, the Picture Family discover the unknown colours of an exotic landscape, and are welcomed by the vahins and the floral scents of Tiare... After a night in a hotel in Manava, our Polynesian story begins in a little village on the Tahiti peninsula, Taiarapu-West, better known under the name of Teahupoo .

We are received by Raimana Van Bastolaer, and stay for several days at his home close to the famous wave, undoubtedly one of the worlds most dangerous and awe-inspiring surfing spots.Three romantic days were spent enjoying natural wonders and cosy comfort, and now our journey continues to the magical island of MOOREA After a few minutes on a ferry, we discover a very exceptional skyline, with two stately bays cut into it, surrounded by

gardens on every side. We are lost in admiration of the verdant landscape contrasting with the limpid blue of the lagoon.An authentic isle, with white sand as far as the eye can see, nestling in the heart of a vast garden full of flowers on a conservation site of the Pearl Resort hotel.

During the excursions, sharks and whales parade before us. Scuba diving, kitesurfing, stand-up paddle-surfing, surfboarding, hiking to the waterfalls and exploration of mythical valleys, wandering through pineapple plantations to Opunohu and Cook Bays, we discover what the island has to offer.

And thats not to mention the delicious raw fish and tastings of home-made products!

Le surf est un sport naturel et les surfers sont co responsable, malheureusement le matriel de surfnest pas forcment exemplaire puisquil utilise beaucoup de produits issus de la ptrochimie.

Nous nallons pas rvolutionn le processus industriel du surf mais nous lavons r imagin plus durable en donnant une seconde vie des pains de mousse destin la destruction.

PS: Notre shaper est particulirement reconnu pour la qualit de ses planches, il a notamment obtenu sa reconnaissance comme Ghost Shaper pour Al Merrick (shaper de kelly slater).

- Pain de mousse Polyurthane, latte bois, rsine Polyesther, Fibre de verre haute qualit Hexcel - Les pains de mousse utilis sont des second choice nor-malement destin la destruction, nous les reshapons pour en tirer le meilleur.Le pr shape nous permet de tailler le pain dans la masse et par consquent de navoir quasiment aucun dfaut sur le produit final. - Construction artisanale, 100% fabrique en France - Pays Basque - Anglet - Shape et glass Handmade - Les dcorations des planches Picture sont INALTERABLES, les designs originaux sont imprims sur un tissus de soie NATURELLE.(Surf Design / FRANCE) Cette dcoration est insr entre la mousse et les fibres de verre, elle gardera par consquent toujours de lclat dans les couleurs. Ce processus augmente de manire significative la rsistance de la planche.

We are not going to revolutionize the industrial process producing the surfboard, but we have rethought it in more durable form, giving a new life to foam boards that would otherwise be destroyed.

Construction : - Polyurethane foam board, wooden strin-gers, polyester resin, Hexcel high-quality fibre-glass - The foam boards used are second choice, and in the ordinary way would be des-troyed, but we reshape them to get the best out of them. By preshaping, we cut from the solid board so that there are practically no defects in the end product. - Hand-crafted construction, 100% made in France Basque Country Anglet - Shaping and fibreglass work are done by hand - The decorations on Picture boards are FADE-RESISTANT: the original designs are printed on NATURAL SILK fabric. (Surf Design / FRANCE) This decoration is inserted between the foam and the fibreglass, so it will conserve the brilliance of its colours indefinitely. This process significantly increases the strength of the board.

PS: Our shaper is particularly appreciated for the quality of his boards, and has recently been approved as a Ghost Shaper for Al Merrick (Kelly Slaters shaper).

Surfriding, the oldest and original predecessor of all board sports, is the archetype of a philosophy of life and respect.

PICTUREs involvement in this realm through innovative surfboard design is the logical next step in our adventure.
