Rules govern all play except where local rules prevail. • Obstructions: All buildings, course fixtures (ball washers, benches, etc.), bridges, signs, paths, sprinkler heads and fairway yardage markers – drop within one club length nearest point of relief – no penalty. • Powerlines on #3 and #10 are obstructions, ball must be replayed – no penalty. • Line of sight relief without penalty may be taken from inside the course barrier fences between #2 tee and #3 fairway, #4 tee, #15, and #17 tee.
