RUD Solution: Measurement taken at the site and RUD India Propose to provide complete new chain, Head and Tail Sprockets with new shafts and bearing, Tail unit assembly with Tensioning unit keeping the head unit and intermediate casing existing.

Result:•One DCC retrofitted in Feb 2013 and second one in Apr 2013•As the PCD of the wheels changed, thus new gearmotor with new output rpm was installed by customer.
