Things You’re Going to Ask Us For
…and how we can help!
When starting to think about planning:
• Begin early (at least 12 months before Reunion)• Familiarize yourself with our resources • Don’t be afraid to ask questions
• Anything is possible (within limits☺).
The Alumnae Association Volunteer Resources website is designed with you in mind. • alumnae.mtholyoke.edu/volunteers/reunion-planning/• The Reunion Planning Handbook
You’ll find links to all the forms you need to submit to the Alumnae Association throughout the planning process . . .
• Starting in August of your planning year (next August, phew!), planners and class presidents receive monthly emails with instructions, reminders, and important links
• Timely correspondence is necessary for smooth sailing!
Other helpful documents on the Reunion Planning site include:
• Local Resource List (link)• Identifies nearby restaurants• Provides suggestions for florists, party vendors,
and other businesses• Lists important campus
numbers and emails
And don’t forget . . .
• Campus menus to help plan those very important meals • Slide shows to assist with programming ideas• Sample Fall and Winter letters• Reunion Statistics• Reunion Planning
Timeline
You’ll see ideas for creating a welcoming space that reflects your class’s spirit . . .
