In addition to our signature Family Magic Rafting trips, we have family-only departures on many of our adventures including our Missouri River canoe trips, Galapagos Unbound, Peru's Sacred Valley and a number of other destinations where families are welcome and secure. Most all of our trips can be transformed into a family vacation masterpiece so if you're looking for something special for your family, let our creative juices and talented sta? work to make your family dream adventure come true

ALASKA &BRITISH COLUMBIA

Wilderness, Glaciers, Bears & WhalesTHE TEMPERATE rainforest of southeast Alaska and coastal British Columbia is a natural wonderland. Aboard small yachts you explore the most intimate of places and drop anchor to ramble on secluded beaches, dream in old growth forests and paddle by sea kayak in misty ords where peaks tower majestically above. There is freedom to participate as much or as little as you like. Let ROW be your matchmaker to nd the perfect yachting adventure. Alaska’s Inside Passage – Various itineraries take you to otherwise inaccessible wilderness and a sea teeming with life. Whale watching, birding, calving glaciers, paddling and hiking are enhanced by our naturalist guides. Canada’s Galapagos – Haida Gwaii, the Queen Charlotte Islands, are a fabulous archipelago where nature’s magnicence is complemented by the Haida people who have lived in harmony with this land for centuries. Highlights include wildlife, hot springs and visits to ancient Haida villages kept by “watchmen” who share with us their culture and heritage. Great Bear Rainforest – herein lie some of the world's last pristine coastal forests. We see cascading waterfalls drop from precipitous mountains; sparkling rivers with abundant Pacic salmon; grizzly bears and if lucky, wolves and the elusive spirit bear. Join us to explore this mystical place. Trips oered May to September.

THIS BAJA ADVENTURE combines one of North America's favorite sea kayaking trips with the full spectrum of natural and cultural oerings of the less-traveled paths of Baja California Sur. Our multisport and sea kayaking adventure in Baja delivers four glorious days voyaging along the beautiful coastline of Isla Espiritu Santo, in state of the art expedition sea kayaks. The west coast of Espiritu is studded with some of the most spectacular white, sandy bays you could ever imagine. Paddling approximately 3-4 hours each day we will have plenty of time to enjoy fantastic snorkeling, swim with sea lion pups, hike intriguing volcanic arroyos and bathe in the radiant Baja sun. Gear is carried by a small motorboat that travels ahead to set up camp, keeping the kayaks light and nimble. After kayaking, we return to La Paz for an easy day of mountain biking. Then continue to the charming Pacic town of Todos Santos where we immerse ourselves in the local culture sampling incredible food, hiking and riding through the surrounding desert and surng the waves.

Trips oered October to May.

You’ll visit wineries, country villages, churches and sit down to feasts t for royalty. Relax on deck or take a bike o for an afternoon foray. Perhaps a trip through the vineyards of Burgundy is calling you? Or a spring frolic in the tulips of Holland? An early autumn sojourn on the Canal du Midi in southwest France? We are proud to represent a wide variety of barges that sleep from six to 20. We’ve been on the barges and know the waters they navigate.

Trips oered from March through November.

BARGING IN EUROPE

History & Romance

IT WAS THE INDIGENOUS Taino inhabitants that named this island Xaymaca, or island of wood and water. Countless rivers and waterfalls ow down from Jamaica's heavily-forested mountains to the sea. Jamaica is the third largest island in the Caribbean and enjoys a warm tropical climate. The Blue Moun-tains inland oer cool temperatures and escape from the well-trodden tourist resorts. Our active journey takes you to the hidden corners of this fascinating country. The island may be smaller than a lot of countries, but its culture is as rich and diverse as any. ROW's Jamaica Multisport adventure explores the history and culture that makes this vibrant island nation a popular destination year after year. No vacation to Jamaica would be complete without time on the beach, and we've got that planned at the authentic beach town of Port Antonio. But there's so much more. From the historic port town of Kingston, where we visit the Bob Marley museum, we head into the Blue Mountains to visit a coee plantation and overnight at a stunning mountain inn. Then we climb Jamaica's highest peak (Blue Mountain at 7402') with views to Cuba and beyond on a clear day. We mountain bike to the coast, see impressive waterfalls, oat the Rio Grande on traditional bamboo rafts and much, much more. Local guides and character-lled accommodations immerse you in the real Jamaica.

Trips run from December through March.
