South West Regional Initiatives:1.Trails, Routes and Paths – Taking the existing strengths and linking them.

2.Tecumseh Parkway – signed driving Route

3.Route 1812 – pan Provincial 1812 themed routes

4.Smart Phone Tour – follows Tecumseh Parkway

5.Anchor sites – ie. Amherstburg and Tecumseh monument – LINKED by projects.

6.Peace Gardens will be a regional initiative AND will relate to the routes.

7.Songwriting Project – tells the local story and is used in events, Agri-tourism – links to existing draws (ie. Wineries)

8.Education Program - 1812 - 101 targeted for BIA’s and Chambers

9.Smart Phone tour – partnership with the University of Western On.
