The Rotoplat family includes models 107-307-407-507 and 707 and is a landmark for stratch wrapping end of the line packaging. The wide choice of film spool carriages includes frictioned stretch, pre-stretch and powered pre-stretch film delivery systems and different choices for the control of wrapping parameters: the top choice for the final user. The technological content and the quality of these machines come from more than 25 years of ROBOPAC’s experience in the stretch wrapping machine manufacturing business and many thousands machines sold worldwide.

SPOOL CARRIAGE FRICTIONEDFOLIENSCHLITTEN MIT EINSTELLUNG DER ZUGKRAFT VON DER FOLIE ÜBER MECHANISCHE BREMSE

FRD SPOOL CARRIAGESpool carriage with mechanical brake on return roller: constant stretch of the film independently of the diameter of the spool. Brake engagement/release device to facilitate hooking the film to the base of the pallet. Auxiliary metal rolls ensure an higher contact surface between film and return roller.

SCHLITTEN FRDSchlitten mit mechanischer Bremse auf Umkehrrolle: ständige Streckung der Folie, unabhängig vom Rollendurchmesser. Vorrichtung zum schnellen Ein-/Auskuppeln der Bremse, um die Verankerung der Folie am Boden der Palette zu erleichtern. Die Bremse wirkt auf die Gummirolle ein, um die Regulierung der Wickelspannung zu ermöglichen. Die zusätzlichen Metallrollen sind so positioniert, dass sie eine größere „Umschließung“ der Folie um die Bremsrolle sichern.

SCHLITTEN FRDer Schlitten FR ist mit einer Vorrichtung zur Folienstreckung ausgestattet, die durch eine elektromechanische Bremse erfolgt, die von der Bedientafel aus gesteuert werden kann. Das Einkuppeln der Bremse wird getaktet, um die Verankerung der Folie am Boden der Palette zu erleichtern. Gegebenenfalls könnte die Wirkung der elektromagnetischen Bremse mit dem PLC oder an der Bedientafel programmiert werden (falls verschiedene Produkte einzuwickeln sind, die einen unterschiedlichen Zug erfordern).

STRETCH AND PRE-STRETCHThe “stretch” process in film wrapping is merely a passive consequence of the rotation of the pallet that is opposed by a brake device on the spool carriage.

DEHNEN UND VORDEHNENDas Dehnen der Folie ist ein passiver Prozess, bei dem die Streckung der Folie ausschließlich durch den “Zug” (bzw. die Kraft) aus der Rotation der zu umwickelnden Palette erfolgt, und dem eine Vorrichtung zum Abbremsen des Schlittens entgegenwirkt.

PDS CARRIAGECarriage with double pre-stretching system that can be activated from the control panel. The carriage is fitted with a pre-stretching system fixed at 250%. By activating the “Double Stretch” control, the trolley can automatically switch to the variable pre-stretch function by activating the electromagnetic clutch located on the first pre-stretch roll.

SCHLITTEN PDSSchlitten mit zweifachem Vorstretch-System; aktivierbar über Bedientafel. Der Schlitten verfügt über eine feststehende Vorrichtung zum Vorstretchen auf 250%. PRE-STRETCHPre-stretch occurs when the extension of the film changes between two rolls that rotate at different speeds indipendently of the rotation of the pallet.

VORDEHNENDas Vordehnen und Strecken der Folie erfolgt vollkommen unabhängig von der Bewegung der Palette mittels zweier Rollen, die sich mit unterschiedlicher Geschwindigkeit drehen.

TURNTABLEThe new turntable base has front and rear forklift portability to facilitate operations Heavy duty casters with sealed bearings. A chain and sprocket system ensures consistent and reliable turntable performances during rotation. The diamond pattern on the plate ensures better grip for any load avoiding slippage during the wrapping cycle.

GRUNDGESTELLDas neue Grundgestell mit vorderen und hinteren Einfahrtaschen garantiert maximale Flexibilität beim Transport der Maschine. Der Drehteller ist auf Kugelrollen mit hoher Ladekapazität montiert. Der Antrieb des Tellers erfolgt mittels einer hochwiderstandsfähigen Kette, um Durchrutschen zu vermeiden und eine absolut konstante Rotation zu gewährleisten. Der Teller ist aus Riffelblech gefertigt, um eine bessere Haftung an der Palette zu gewährleisten und so zu vermeiden, dass das Produkt während des Wickelns verrutscht.

BASE PLATE FRAMEThe base plate is supported by coupled sealed bearings that ensures improved support. The bearings are built with acetalic material in glass fiber frame. This combination ensures a very low friction coefficient during rotation and a very high resistence to compression and to deformations in order to deliver the best possible performances and the lowest component’s wear.

GRUNDGESTELLRAHMENDer Teller dreht sich auf gekoppelten Kugelrollen, die eine bessere Auflagerung der Ladung gewährleisten. Die Rollen sind mit Acetalmaterial auf Glasfasergrundierung beschichtet, was einen niedrigen Reibungskoeffizienten während der Bewegung des Tellers und eine extrem hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Kompression sowie eine hohe Stabilität hinsichtlich möglicher Verformungen gewährleistet. Das Ganze zur Gewährleistung der bestmöglichen Leistungen und einer verringerten Abnutzung der beweglichen Teile des Tellers.

PHASE STOPPING POINTThe load always stops in the same position that was placed in before the wrapping. This greatly improves times and costs of the process. Plate’s smooth start and stop steps are controlled by an inverter that provides consitently the same positioning of the load before and after the wrapping cycle.The gear and worm system makes it possible to keep the phase of the tunrtable even while positioning the load on the plate.

STOP IN PHASEDer Stop in Phase, der dem Benutzer erlaubt, die Palette immer von derselben Position wie am Zyklusbeginn zurück zu nehmen, bringt große Vorteile und erhöht die Effizienz des Verpackens. Der Start und der Stop des Tellers werden von Invertern gesteuert, daher endet der Wickelzyklus immer in der Startposition. Durch einen Getriebemotor mit Schneckentrieb erlaubt die Bewegung der Palette, ohne je die Phase zu verlieren.

MASTThe mast is made of cold folded steel and has a tubolar inner structure in order to ensure maximun rigidity and resistance to any torsion or strain. An heavy duty drive chain moves the spool carriage upward and downward for a constant and accurate control of the wrapping process. The anti-fall device in case of emergency assures the maximum safety.

MastDer Stahlmast besitzt eine röhrenförmige Struktur, die ihm eine hohe Torsions- und Biegesteifigkeit verleiht und ihn damit widerstandsfähiger macht. Die hoch widerstandsfähige Kette überträgt die Auf- und Abstiegsbeweungen zum Schlitten und sichert eine optimale Kontrolle der Wicklung. Außerdem garantiert die Fallschutzvorrichtung im Notfall höchste Sicherheit.
