Champion rotary vane vacuum pumps have a proven track record in a wide variety of industrial applications. Our rotary vane vacuum product line provides more capacity with lower installed power than other oil-lubricated pumps. The Champion rotary vane oil-lubricated vacuum pump is available in sizes from 1–25 horsepower or 1.6–72.8 SCFM at 24" Hg.

The ultimate vacuum can be selected for either fine gauge or coarse vacuum. The Champion vacuum systems are designed with a flange-mounted direct-drive electric motor along with a 5 micron inlet filter, nonreturn valve and oil separator as standard. The Champion vacuum unit is very quiet running.

Pressure increase by volume reduction is the principle behind rotary vane operation. This static design offers excellent service in pressure, vacuum or a combination of both.

Champion rotary vane vacuum pumps come standard in an air-cooled configuration. Oil-free discharge is obtained through efficient large droplet separation, followed by high efficiency oil mist filters that can be changed quickly and easily. An o-ring seal guarantees a clean, drip free job every time.

All Champion oil lubricated vacuum pumps come standard with the gas ballast to help prevent the condensation of water vapor. Water vapor passes through the pump in its gaseous phase, keeping oil clean. Most of the Champion rotary vane vacuum pumps utilize improved double chamber oil reservoirs with dual site glasses to insure a reliable lubrication supply.
