1st GSE with Vietnam, a non-Rotary country 1st time 4 teams sent at one time:

– Health Care: District 5030, Seattle area– Environmental Biology/Engineering: District, 5130

Northern California Coast– Cross-Cultural Communications: District 5150, San

Mateo, San Francisco & Marin Counties– Technology: District, 5170 Silicon Valley

Reciprocal exchange scheduled– 4 Vietnamese GSE teams will visit USA, 2003 April
