Throughout our 25 year-plus history in business process
outsource management and knowledge resource management
services, Rosstone Consulting (Pty) Ltd has built up a vast network

Rosstone Consulting has its own in-house recruitment Applicant Tracking
System (ATS) in order to increase efficiency in recruiting and hiring and to
ensure consistency and compliance in the recruitment and selection process.
We currently have a database of professional skills in excess of 4000
professionals.
We have an experienced and innovative team of Social Media Specialists who
manages, maintains and distribute vacancies to the best suited and relevant
platforms. Our job specifications, except for Executive Search and
Headhunting requirements, are strategically and discreetly advertised on
various internal and external dashboards, portals and social media platforms.

Rosstone’ s Employer of Record (EOR) solutions helps you acquire staff on the ground taking on the onboarding and employment functions and removing the risk, cost and delays in setting up your own entity. The main features of Rosstone’ s talent acquisition capabilities include:
• Talent Sourcing –Rosstone/EOH have in excess of 150 clients we recruitfor with a total professional workforce deployed in excess of 3300people. We recruit and onboard in excess of 200 -300 new candidates amonth across our portfolio.
• Trustworthy employment across the Rosstone network – We offerTalent Acquisition services and EOR services in multiple locations acrossinternational networks.
• Local payroll registration – As an EOR, Rosstone provides payrollcalculations, registration of workers for local payrolls and ensures that alltaxes and statutory contributions are paid over to the authorities.

Our end-to-end solution manages both permanent and contracting professionals from sourcing through correct contracting, accurate payroll and risk-free exiting phases, ensuring full compliance and mitigation of labour risk.

• Employer of Record Services: Rosstone can contract resourcesdirectly and to act as Employer of Record for the duration of the project. Itcan do this through its own means as a registered South Africanemployer, or under the banner of its registration as a TemporaryEmployment Services (TES) in terms of the prevailing labour regulations.
• Compliant Onboarding: Ensuring that employees are correctly classifiedin terms of labour and taxation laws is critical to avoiding labour riskexposure and taxation defaults. Rosstone ensures correct contracting withthe project resources to ensure full compliance and to mitigate risk. Apartfrom ensuring the correct contracting with resources, required screeningof employees is carried out to ensure that they fit the requirements ofthe project sites.

Payroll Management: Comprehensive, fully automated payroll systemsensure that timesheets and claims submissions are submittedelectronically and that they are fully validated prior to processing. Thedisbursement facility makes it possible to make payment across theGlobe and in most foreign currencies. Strict observance of taxation lawsensures that regulatory returns are submitted on time and withheldtaxation is paid in accordance with in-country regulations. Clients canchoose from a range of payroll systems including VIP, Symplexity, andEducos.
Labour Dispute Management: The company follows a preventativelabour risk approach that ensures that labour disputes are identified andresolved at the earliest opportunity. The provision of an extensiveemployee relations function managed by specialist labour law experts iscore to the approach. The service includes ensuring compliance with therequired codes of conduct and disciplinary procedures and the training ofline managers in the correct procedures to be adopted.
Exiting and Re-deployment: When contracts are ended and/or come totheir natural conclusion, contractual arrangements are adhered to andstipulations and specialist experience is applied to avoid separationliabilities that are currently so prevalent in this category of employment.Through our extensive network of clients, we are often able to offerthese resources contracts elsewhere, further reducing the risks associatedwith fixed term contracting.

Management Solution (VMS) provides our clients with the capability for
