Letter of Promise Upon signing the 13-month lease beginning in the month of February of the year 2013 Melina Coto, Mathew Henn, Steven Hevia, and Chelsey Sweet, each agree to hold responsibility for one quarter of all rent due to The Landings at Cypress Meadows and utilities for the duration of the lease. In the event that a tenant is unable to pay his or her portion of expenses and another tenant, the loaner, pays the missing portion, the tenant must repay the loaner plus interest by the time the lease is fulfilled. Interest in these matters will be equal to the receiving company’s late payment fee. This promissory note ensures that any of the fore-mentioned tenants uphold these terms even in the event that he or she moves out of the apartment or signs out of the lease for any reason.
