Romania remained neutral for the first two years of World War. Following the secret
Treaty of Bucharest.During World War II, Romania tried again to remain neutral, but
on 28 June 1940, it received a Soviet ultimatum with an implied threat of invasion
in the event of non-compliance.

Cât de mult îmi lipseşti,deşi eşti mereu cu mineşi cât de adâncă este durereade a nu Te auzidecât în gândurile mele.
Cât de greu îmi estecând Te caut în jurul meuşi nu Te găsesc decât atuncicând vrei Tu să Te pot afla...
