Explanation 1.ModInd should not be null,else the data of this row can not be import.

2.Red font: the field is primary key,it must be filled in excel file.

5. This template can execute on OMM or EMS.

3.Yellow shading: should be filled in excel file according to the actual situation of network,if not it will use the default value

4.Light blue shading: can not be filled in excel file,if not it will use the default value.

6. On omm,the user should select a moc and then execute import data according to record order in excel file.The order of moc creation and modification is nodeB->utranCell,externalUtranCell,externalGsmCell->utranRelation,gsmRelation. The order of moc deletion is utranRelation,gsmRelation->utranCell,externalUtranCell,externalGsmCell->nodeB.Please select correct moc order.

7.On EMS,the user should select a template file and EMS can notice the OMM to import data.The sequence of command on OMM is create,modify and delete. The log file on EMS may be different from the log file on OMM of the same excel for the 6 point and 7 point.
