Why?

• Plastic– Burning plastic can release toxic fumes– The manufacturing of plastics often creates

large quantities of chemical pollutants

• Metal– The production process is very polluting– It takes a long time for degradation

But is metal and plastic really that bad?

• Good quality– Will last longer– Reduces waste– Lower production and consumption– Not that bad for the environment
