1) Reported an incorrect "Outstanding Loan Totals". The total principal amount of all outstanding loans should be

$100,000.00, and not $102,670.00, as reported, in violation of Section 254.031(a)(2). Note that the officeholder 

disclosed an outstanding loan total of $100,000.00 in the January 2010 semiannual report filed on 1/13/10, and did not

file an additional Schedule E(J) loan declaration.
