ROBOZE ONE+400

Roboze One+400 features a patented mechatronic movement system without belts, which is more accurate and works as fast as standard belt based movement systems.

The new device is equipped with two extruders that can reach temperatures over 400°C and are therefore able to print materials such as PEEK, PEI or CARBON PA.

Roboze One+400 the printer is able to manage a total of 12 different technical polymers.

The new dual extruder can reach temperatures over 400 °C, allowing printing with two polymers at the same time, or using the second extruder for printing soluble support or break-away material.

The extruder has been designed and optimized for heat dissipation, and equipped with an air cooling system.

Roboze’s R&D team designed the extruders for the Roboze One + 400 according to thermodynamics and material engineering; aluminum 6082 where needed for heat conduction, and AISI 303 where heat dissipation is needed instead (patent pending).

NEW FIRMWARE AND CONTROLS

The Roboze One+400 is equipped with proprietary firmware and electronics designed to express full mechatronic potential and safely reach very high extrusion temperatures.

Easy-to-use and intuitive, thanks to the new color 3.5-inch touch screen.

Accuracy, as usual! The motion, for the X and Y axes, is entrusted to a counterbalanced pair of tempered stainless steel helical racks together with pinion in direct contact, allowing fluid motion and accurate positioning.

Roboze designs and manufactures its machines’ internal mechanical components. The production department works with latest-generation machines in CNC metal cutting applications.

High definition in rapid prototyping depends upon several factors. Roboze inserts also a C7 spindle ball screw, which ensures the resolution of the layers.

REAL 50 MICRONS RESOLUTION

The glazed anticorodal 6082 buildplate reaches up to 150°C in order to print with the most complex techno-polymer, ensuring grip and sealing.

A larger print area – 200 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm (xyz) – to realize you bigger projects.

BUILD PLATE UP TO 150°C

The tolerances are weighted and pre-calculated. The mechatronics motion ensures 50 microns on both the X and Y axes.

MATERIALSABS ESD STRONG FUNCTIONAL FLEX PC PC/ABSABS ESD is an ad-vanced ESD-Safe compound desi-gned for use in critical applica-tions that require electrostatic di-scharge (ESD) pro-tection and a high level of cleanliness. A filament with excellent printing characteristics and consistent ESD properties.

ABS-based mate-rial, with excellent mechanical proper-ties. Suitable for the prototyping of structural and fun-ctional componen-ts, even subjected to mechanical lo-ads.

P o l y A m m i d e 12-based technical material. Recom-mended for pro-totypes that need flexibility and me-chanical resistance at the same time.

Rubbery com-pound, based on thermoplastic PolyUrethane. High resistance to wear, tear and abrasion. Useful for the fa-brication of textile fibers, industrial coatings and flexi-ble components, shoes and O-rings.

PolyCarbonate fila-ment. Transparent material, with high thermal resistan-ce and incredible impact resistance. Used in various manufacturing sec-tors.

ABS and PC poly-meric blend. Com-bines the thermal properties of PC with the mechani-cal properties of ABS. Gloss finish, for automotive par-ts with high aesteti-chal impact.

Polyammide with 20% of chopped carbon fibers. An incredible material, that combines the chemical resistan-ce of Nylon 12 with the mechanical and thermal properties of Carbon Fiber. Used in the Auto-motive and Motor-sport, as well as in the aereonautics field.

Material composed of a blend of Poly-Stirend and SBR rubber, with high tenacity and resi-lience. Soluble in D-Limonene, it is perfect as support material when prin-ting with Strong.

Transparent mate-rial, with a low ten-sile modulus, solu-ble in warm water. The best partner for support structu-re when printing with Ultra (PLA fil-led with ceramics).

Super TechnoPoly-mer with excellent thermal and che-mical resistance. It is stable also at very high tempe-ratures and acid and alkalynes envi-ronments. Used in Aerospace and De-fense, Motorsport, Biomedical, Oil & Gas.

Filament made of Po l yE the r Immi -de, a polymer that combines high-le-vel mechanical properties with an extreme tempe-rature resistance. Self-extinguishing material. It is useful in the prototyping and production in the Aerospace, Au-tomotive and Mo-torport. Ideal for metal replacement.

PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is one of the highest performing semi-crystalline thermoplastics available today.PEEK offers a combination of superlative properties that allow it to replace metal in some of the most severe end-use environments.PEEK is one of the industrial most chemically resistant plastics and offers excellent strength, superior fatigue resistance, and a continuous-use temperature of 240°C (464°F).

It offers:

PEI (Polyether Imide) is an amorphous, high-performance polymer that combines excellent thermal properties, exceptional

dimensional stability, inherent flame retardancy, and good chemical resistance.

It offers the ability to create parts with excellent properties at elevated temperatures

due to a high glass transition temperature.

It is ideal for high-end mechanical applications, thanks to its high tensile modulus.
