    SUMMURY REPORT

    1) Due to high gradient, progress is impeded since

    excavator slippage is taking

    place.

    2) Hard rock and limestonehill face is slowing down

    work.

    3) This is also causing buckettooth point to frequently

    wear off resulting into

delays and cost escalation.4) Reduced road angle /

    gradient has to be created

    allowing old S-body trucks

to cl imb up with 15 tons

    load, hence more void /

    ravine filling works are

being executed to a llow trucks to ply in the future under a flatter gradient and angle.

    5) Picture on this page shows the amount of filling works being carries out and rain impediment. Italso shows the nature of hard rocks that a re being excavated from the hill face in order to access

the face and fill up the void / ravine.

    6) Pictures on page 3 and 4 shows the dense forest cover with inter twined roots that has sloweddown work. We had to employ manual labourers for forest clearance works.

    7) So far we are about 230 mtrs from the main coal face. Large trees a re be ing felled and daily roadconstruction progress i s reduced to about 20 mtrs. After 230 mtrs, first 300 ft of Primus coal

face and thereafter remaining 300ft of Roberts coal face.

    8) At current rate of progression we are looking at another 15 to 18 days to reach Primuss 300 Ft +there after another 5 days to reach Roberts 300 ft and another 5 days to open up the last gate.

Total 25 to 28 days from today.

    9) Once all gates are opened up, we will have to employ the excavator to create separate stockyards for PRC and PJ, dress the e ntire haul road making it suitable for trucks to ply and widen

the turning radius by 300% to avoid accidents. This should take another 10 days. Thus we should

keep the excavator employed till November end 2011.

10)TENTATIVE SCHEDULE DATE FOR FIRST COAL OUT FROM PRC & PJs MINE :FROM PRIMUS 300 ft LANGMAR : Between 6th to 10th November

FROM ROBERT 300ft LANGMAR :Between 11th to 16th November 2011.

HAUL ROAD FINAL DRESSING : Between 20th till 30th November 2011.
