What is Cold Mix
The simple process of mixing
unheated mineral aggregates with suitable
grade of Bitumen Emulsion having suitable
workability during mixing at plant or site, and
maintain specified residue Binder content.
How Cold Mix can be done ?
Classification of Cold Mix by the method of
mixing
1. Road Mix – for medium and low volume work
where installation of big static plant is not viable.
– Concrete Mixer for small or medium work
2. Plant Mix – For high volume work with sufficient
infrastructure is available

Chip Spreader
Chip Spreader�Chipping Spreader is used for spreadingchippings in the process of constructing road.
�The Model Chipping Spreader has a hangstructure.
�It is mounted on the rear of a tipper body anddrives backward during work, the tipper that filledup aggregates tilts a 350~450 angle. The aggregatesstrobe can be easily adjusted to control spreadingquantity according to road constructingrequirement.
�The spreading width can be adjusted by openingor closing some strobes.

Chip Sealer1. Asphalt and aggregates can be sprayed (spreaded)
synchronously to ensure the effective adhesion of asphaltand chips;
2. All operations can be performed by one operator in the cab.The intensity and cost of labor can be decreased greatly.
3. The application rate of asphalt and chips are all intellectuallycontrolled by the computer. The application rate is notaffected by the variation of truck speed with high precision.
4. Advanced heating and circulating system can ensure theasphalt pipelines and nozzles unblocked and no need to bewashed by diesel oil.
5. The patented technology of combined aggregate bin withlowered height is an excellent solution for construction workinside of the tunnel, which can meet the requirements for allkinds of road construction works.

This is a small Slurry Microsurfacing machines designed to operateeffectively in confined areas like farm roads and rural roads formaintenance and low-cost sealings over dense base courses.
This machine is feature-packed, beginning with its strongestattribute: simple one-man operation. Critical operations arecontrolled from a single joystick. The Minimac is designed for lowmaintenance and high reliability, and it features top-qualityhydraulic components.
Auto sequencing assures the consistent application of all slurryseals and other polymer microsurfacings. Material is mixedautomatically by a double-shafted pugmill, with production ratesup to one ton per minute.
