RKS - III ROTARY KNIFE SHARPENER The SIMMONS RKS-III ROTARY KNIFE SHARPENER has been designed specifically for smaller circular blades, and for those sharpeners in need of several blades to sharpen the same diameter. A Blade Notching Assembly or Blade Sizer Assembly is an optional feature. The RKS-III has an optional Blade Notching Assembly, blades can be notched as required. A 1/32” notching disc is included. With an optional Blade Sizer Assembly, up to ten 1/8” thick blades (total 1-1/4” thick stack) can be ground to the same diameter. Each blade can then be sharpened as needed. Unlike others, the RKS- III does not anneal the edge of the blade from overheating.
