The Association of Riverdale Cooperatives & Condominiums Is seeking a capable, reliable individual to perform a number of duties that are vital to the successful operation of this non-profi t community organization.

This individual shall:

1. Attend ARC meetings and seminars and make appropriate written records (i.e, minutes) of those events.

Work closely with the organization leadership to a. prepare press releases for publication in local news media; b. maintain and regularly update the organization’s internet webpage; c. prepare written communications for distribution to current and prospective organization members; d. coordinate an annual membership drive & maintain accurate and current membership rolls.
