River Point Cattle Co Online Sale

We would like to thank everyone who has had an interest in our cattle.

We have set out to breed Simmental, Angus, & Simm/Angus genetics to

perform and excel in today’s beef industry. Over the past years we have

made our cattle perform in the pasture, feedlot, seedstock and showring on

an equal basis, not taking one away from another. It is an ever changing

industry and we believe that our cattle are made to keep up with the times.

We would like to thank our family and friends who helped us along the way

to our fi rst Online Sale. We have dug deep into the herd and are offering

the top end of our replacement heifer pen, as well as heifer calves that will

compete in the show ring and make outstanding cow prospects.. We are

also offering a select group of bull calves so our bull customers can buy

early to ensure their next herdsire.

Herd Health: All calves have been vaccinated twice with a 5 way modified live viral vaccine (Pyramid 5), mannheimia hemolytica (Presponse), and an 8 way clostridial vaccine (Tasvax 8). The bred heifers also received a 5 way modified live viral vaccine plus leptospirosis (Bovishield Gold 5+L5) prior to breeding. The River Point cow herd is annually vaccinated with Bovishield Gold 5 +L5 and Scourbos prior to calving. All animals in the sale have been treated with Ivermectin prior to the sale. Pregnancy Information: All bred heifers have been confirmed pregnant to dates indicated in the catalogue using ultrasound.
