A recent WA case study from REIWA agent

An agent selling a rural property noticed a woman taking photos of a property she had open for inspection. She asked the reason for taking photos to which the woman explained they were to be sent to her father in England in order for him to evaluate whether to buy it for her or not. The agent realised the photos might be terrible, not relayed to the PC, not sent to her father for a variety of reasons so she asked her for her mobile number - texted the link to the property direct to her phone, explained how to send it on to her father whom she promptly called. A few days later the property was sold to the English gent.....
