3 Unless otherwise ordered by the minister, wells drilled withinthe target area and producing from the Bigstick Second WhiteSpecks Gas Pool shall not be subject to a production allowable withthe exception of wells drilled outside the target areas specified insection 2 and the following off-target gas wells which shall producein accordance with their latest established Daily Allowable:

Coseka et al. Hatton 6-20-14-26; and Coseka et al.Hatton 4-9-14-27.

4 Unless otherwise ordered by the minister, wells drilled withinthe target area prior to June 1, 2000 shall be considered as beingon-target within the reduced spacing area as described inclauses 2(b), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i).

5 Unless otherwise ordered by the minister, every well shall beflow tested prior to being placed on production with testingrequirements as follows:

(a) for all wells except those located within the area described inclauses 2(b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) the test shall be inaccordance with section 73 of The Oil and Gas ConservationRegulations, 1985;

(b) for all wells located within the area described in clauses 2(b),(c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) the test shall be a single point flow testof a minimum duration of 48 hours followed by a buildup or any othertest as may be approved by the minister.

6 The operator shall have the following logs taken from total depthto surface casing shoe as a minimum requirement:

(a) for at least one well per Section, an approved resistivity log orstandard electric log shall be run;

(b) an approved pulsed neutron capture log may be substituted forthe requirements of clause (a);

(c) the remaining wells on a Section shall be logged with anapproved radioactivity log, consisting of both natural and inducedradioactivity measurements, or in accordance with clause (a) or (b).

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of the Department prior to the commencement of saltwater injection and subsequent to any modifications to suchinstallations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 6 900 kilopascals (kPa).

3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a Departmentapproved method.

4 An application to plugback must be applied for and approvedthrough the Department field office prior to re-completing the abovewell for salt water disposal.

5 The injection packer shall be set within five metres of the top setof disposal perforations.

This approval does not authorize the applicant to dispose of saltwater without the consent of all the mineral owners, other than theCrown, that might reasonably be adversely affected by such disposal.

Conservation Act, MRO 1211/97 PO 74, dated September 24, 1997, isrescinded and the following provisions shall apply to the drilling of,and the production of oil and gas from, vertical oil wells in theColeville South Mannville Sand Pool, Coleville South Success Pooland Coleville South Bakken Sand Pool, effective July 1, 2000:

1 The drainage unit shall be one legal subdivision except for wellsdrilled and completed in the Success Formation within legalsubdivision 2 of Section 24-31-23 W3M and all wells drilled andcompleted in the Bakken Sand where the drainage unit shall beone-half of a legal subdivision, comprised of the north half or thesouth half of a legal subdivision.

2(a) Within a drainage unit consisting of the entire legal subdivision,the target area shall be a 200 m square situated in the north-eastcorner of the drainage unit.

(b) Within a drainage unit consisting of the south half of the legalsubdivision, with the exception of lands described in subclause 2(d)(i),the south, west and north sides of the target area shall be located 50m from the corresponding sides of the drainage unit and the east sideof the target area shall be located 250 m from the corresponding sideof the drainage unit.

(c) Within a drainage unit consisting of the north half of the legalsubdivision, with the exception of lands described in subclause 2(d)(ii),the south, east and north sides of the target area shall be located 50m from the corresponding sides of the drainage unit and the west sideof the target area shall be located 250 m from the corresponding sideof the drainage unit.

(d) For lands lying West of the third Meridian:In Township 30, Range 23: Section 31 and the north half of

Section 32:(i) within a drainage unit consisting of the south half of thelegal subdivision, the south, east and north sides of the targetarea shall be located 50 m from the corresponding sides of thedrainage unit and the west side of the target area shall belocated 250 m from the corresponding side of the drainageunit;(ii) within a drainage unit consisting of the north half of thelegal subdivision, the south, west and north sides of the targetarea shall be located 50 m from the corresponding sides of thedrainage unit and the east side of the target area shall belocated 250 m from the corresponding side of the drainageunit.

3 If a well is not completed within the target area, the minister mayreduce the area used as a factor in determining the MARP.

4(a) For the first well drilled in each Section, the operator shallsubmit samples of the interval from the top of the Second WhiteSpecks to total depth.

(b) For all subsequent wells drilled in each Section, the operatorshall submit samples of the interval from the top of the PaleozoicSystem to total depth, if such wells are intended to be drilled belowthe top of the Bakken Formation.

5 As a minimum requirement, the operator shall run logs todetermine the resistivity, spontaneous potential, porosity and gammaray spectra from surface casing shoe to total depth for each welldrilled.

6 All oil wells licensed prior to July 1, 2000, shall be considered tobe on-target as prescribed in section 2.

The Medical Profession Act, 1981________

PHYSICIAN BYLAW AMENDMENTSBylaw 21 Amended

Section 21(2)(c)(ii) is amended by renumbering 21(2)(c)(ii)(6)as 21(2)(c)(ii)(7) and adding the following as 21(2)(c)(ii)(6):

“6 The council may accept as satisfactory postgraduate trainingproof that the applicant has completed postgraduate trainingwhich, in the opionion of the council, is equivalent to thetraining in paragraph 3 or 4 above.”

Section 21 is amended by renumbering 21(10) as 21(11) andby changing the words “paragraph 10(a)” to “paragraph 11(a)”where they appear in the fourth line of paragraph (b); and

Section 21 is further amended by adding the following assection 21(10):

“10(a) If in the opinion of the council extraordinarycircumstances exist relating to an application for a licence orpermit, and if, in the opinion of the council there is a demonstratedresource need for a physician who does not meet all of thecriteria for the issuance of a licence or permit, a licence or permitmay be issued to a physician who does not meet one or more ofthe criteria specified in paragraphs (1) to (9) above, providedthat the physician:

(i) has all of the qualifications specified by the Act for thelicence or permit requested;(ii) is a graduate in medicine from a university approved bythe council;(iii) has, in the opinion of the council, training to perform theservices that is appropriate to the type of licence or permitbeing sought.

(b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a) above, where a physician’slicence or permit has been terminated due to that physician’sfailure to pass an examination or obtain a qualification withinthe time limited by that physician’s licence or permit, a licenceor permit granted under the authority of paragraph 10(a) mayonly be granted for a limited time, not to exceed one year, toallow for continuity of care for that physician’s patients.”

Bylaw 21(4)(h) is repealed.
