Following the successful completion of

Newton Place Hotel in the last financial

year, the Group continued to expand its

presence in Kowloon East by completing

another four prime buildings there during

the financial year, namely Midas Plaza,

Midas Plaza was completely sold out

within four months after its launch in

August 2007. Win Plaza, also located

in San Po Kong, where there have been
